Thousands of Star Wars fans wanted to play the collection of games as quickly as possible and bought it as soon as it came out.

Since it cost £30/$35 for the double gaming pack called Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection, people were excited to get into the game straight away.

The Battlefront games are online multiplayer games that require access to other users to play.

A total of 10,000 players attempted to access the game at launch, but the vast majority were unable to get into the game.

Rumor has it that the servers for the game were only built to support around 200 gamers at a time, meaning many users were unable to play.

Users have reported that the game is 63 GB in size, which is much larger than other games of the time.

It is theorized that this is because the company rushed the project and failed to compress the data.

Quick matches reportedly only last 2 minutes because the game cannot handle the larger number of players allowed.

Players have also complained about the game crashing, leading to general disappointment.

Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection has a rating of 21 on Steam, meaning only 21% of users are satisfied with their purchase.

Those who played for less than 2 hours can automatically get a refund through Steam, although the process is a little more difficult on other platforms.
