Marie Osmond said she was a grandmother to her eight grandchildren.

The 64-year-old singer made his appearance on Wednesday The Drew Barrymore Show and said that having grandchildren is even better than having children.

“I thought I would never love anything as much as I love my children,” she told Barrymore, 49, on her show about her surprise at how much she enjoys being a grandmother.

“Oh my god, grandkids are like having kids [but] on steroids,” she said. “I mean, it’s just so cool. I can’t even tell you.’

The Paper Roses hitmaker – who told DailyMail.com exclusively earlier this year that she tries to stay in shape for her family – said that as a mother she has a lot more responsibility, but as a grandmother she can do “anything I want”.

“If you’re the grandma, who cares? “I can do anything I want,” she said.

In the talk show she talked about remarriage to her first husband Stephen Craig Sr. and said they prioritize spending time with their grandchildren.

Osmond and her first husband share son Stephen Jr., 40.

She shares seven children with her ex-husband Brian Blosil. She and her second husband share four daughters: Jessica, 36, Rachael, 34, Brianna, 25, and Abigail, 20.

They also share sons Brandon, 27, Matthew, 24, and Michael, who committed suicide at the age of 19.

Osmond is the grandmother of a total of eight grandchildren.

Earlier this year, in February, she exclusively told DailyMail.com that she keeps fit to keep up with them.

Kirsten laughingly teased that she and Jesse “hate the same things,” though she declined to provide details to the public.

Marie Helvin has revealed her secret to being body positive at 71 after her latest lingerie campaign.

The supermodel was recently announced as the new face of Bluebella lingerie’s campaign as she set pulses racing during the sexy shoot.

Speaking about how she achieves her toned physique, the American star appeared on Loose Women on Monday, where she spoke candidly about how she stays confident about her body.

She said: ‘It’s my job so I have to be confident, I have no choice. When I’m not doing the work I’m not doing, I support myself this way.

‘For me, modeling lingerie is the same as modeling swimwear, so it doesn’t phase me at all.’

Revealing how she stays in such incredible shape, Marie explained: ‘Honestly, there are certain tricks I do as a model and the main one is that I cut out all sugar 10 days before the shoot.

‘I have a terrible sweet tooth so no more Kit Kats or Mars Bars for 10 days and it’s incredible how your skin tightens up a bit. It’s good for the camera.’

Host Ruth Langsford asked the star: “Do you like being seen as an inspirational woman?” as Marie replied that she doesn’t see herself as such.

‘No, but I like women to look at it and think, ‘oh, she looks good, I can look good too’, because what I do is achievable for everyone.

‘It just takes discipline. That’s really true, working in the gym has to be regular, you have to do it constantly. I’m really looking forward to it because I think I’m getting high on the endorphins.”

Marie also gave an update on her health after being diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago, just before her 70th birthday.

Speaking about her diagnosis, Marie explained that the lump seemed to appear out of nowhere.

She explained, “I was always checking myself, and it seemed like it came out of nowhere. One week he wasn’t there and the next week he was there.

‘They caught it early, it was stage 1, but I still had to have a mastectomy, but they were able to save my skin and my nipple, so they removed everything behind that and replaced it with an implant.’

While Marie has now made the all clear, she explained that she has been put on a five-year treatment plan, which is also taking its toll.

‘I have everything clear, but now I am struggling with my treatment, I have a treatment that will last 5 years and I have just finished my first year.

‘The three drugs they use here mimic the symptoms of menopause. So it’s like I’m going through menopause again.

‘I sleep the way I want, I can’t sleep, I wake up with night sweats.’

About her breast cancer diagnosis, Marie said in an interview with the Daily Mail in December 2022: ‘I had a vision, an idea of myself, I think, about how fit and healthy I was.’

‘As a model, my body was my instrument and I always took care of it. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I exercise every day, so I guess that made me think that something like that couldn’t happen to me because I didn’t fit the profile.

‘Now I know what a load of nonsense that is. It made me realize that appearances can be deceiving.’

‘Before the operation I decided to be strong. “I knew I had to get myself in the best shape possible to get through it,” she said.

‘But now sometimes I just sit in bed and cry for no reason. Even after everything, there’s a part of me that can’t believe it happened. No one can explain to me why that was the case. It’s just one of those things.’

A woman who lived next to her brother's decomposing corpse for up to five years was once a career-driven retail executive who had a strict religious upbringing.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal exclusive details about the life of the elderly woman at the center of the Victorian 'house of horrors' that shocked Australia this week.

The horrific secret was revealed on Monday when the vision emerged of the woman, known only as Marie, being arrested outside the rat-infested and rubbish-strewn public housing complex in Newtown, in Geelong, south-west of Melbourne.

Police made the gruesome discovery of her late brother Robert's body in late December 2022 after visiting the home on an unrelated matter.

Police broke a glass door panel to gain entry before officers in biohazard suits had to wade through floor-to-ceiling rubbish, rats, dead possums and human feces to reach the skeletal remains of Robert, who had not been seen since 2017.

What the police and first responders discovered was so terrible that it still haunts them to this day.

The house was so full of hoarded things that Marie had been sleeping in a small 'nest' of bedding among the rubbish.

Now a neighbor who took pity on Marie and welcomed the older woman into her home has given Daily Mail Australia an exclusive look into her background.

Belinda Holt said Marie, who is now about 74 years old, became homeless after police fenced off her public housing and ended up sleeping in a park.

In late December 2022, police in biohazard suits were forced to wade through floor-to-ceiling trash, rats, dead possums and human feces to reach the skeletal remains of Marie's brother Robert, who had not been seen since 2017.

Mrs Holt took Marie in just before New Year's Eve 2022 and said she enjoyed 'watching the fireworks on my big screen TV' and revealed part of her life story.

She said Marie and her brother Robert came from an Italian-Australian family who had emigrated in the 1920s and settled in Geelong, where they raised the siblings in a strict Roman Catholic family.

Ms Holt said Marie remembered wearing “a nice dress” to attend social dances as a teenager, but never married or had children.

Instead, she focused on her career and got a job at retailer Myer, where she worked her way up to an administrator role.

Devastated by the death of her grandparents, Marie began to suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder and other mental health problems, and both she and Robert moved into social housing in Russell Street, Newtown.

After quitting her job, Marie continued working for people in her suburb and cleaning up the neighborhood streets.

Ms Holt said Marie told her: 'It's a working planet, that's what you do.'

“She would clean out people's trash cans and get the gum nuts out of people's gutters and make some money doing it, $20 here and there,” Ms. Holt said.

“I've met (Robert) a few times. He was a hermit. They were both traumatized people.'

The siblings had lived in the house without a telephone and without electricity part of the time.

Mrs Holt said Marie was 'very fit' for her age but suffered from 'detachment disorder' – meaning she could co-exist with her late brother's body in the house.

However, Marie rejected suggestions that Marie 'slept next to his corpse'.

“That's nonsense,” she said, adding that she had seen the “nest” of bedding that made up Marie's bed.

Ms Holt said police had mishandled a 'mental health' case and Marie was effectively left on the street until she took the elderly woman in, clothed her and took her to Centrelink.

'She did not have a Medicare card and did not receive an old-age pension. I pulled some strings and agencies got her shelter pretty quickly, first in a motel. She's in a new place now,” Mrs Holt said.

Ms Holt, who was interviewed by the Victorian coroner's office about Robert's death, said the house had been cleaned and was being renovated to accommodate a new tenant.

Residents living in multimillion-dollar properties in an opulent Victorian suburb were unaware they were living next door to a gruesome house.

That is, until mentally ill resident 'Marie' was led away in handcuffs by police, revealing a horrific ordeal.

In her dilapidated home in Newtown, Geelong, Marie had lived for years not only among piles of rotting rubbish, but also among the body of her deceased brother.

From the outside the house looked well maintained, with Marie being known to her neighbors as something of a 'clean freak'.

“We saw her outside cutting the lawn with scissors,” a neighbor across the road told Daily Mail Australia.

Neighbors claimed they were unaware of the tragic conditions in which Marie and her brother lived for what some said could have been as long as five years.

Located across the road from the home ground of Geelong Football Club, the suburb is considered one of the city's most affluent.

Marie had lived in housing commission apartments, nestled in chic surroundings, for more than a decade.

Both Marie and her brother were described by her neighbors as friendly, but distinctly strange characters in the otherwise affluent neighborhood.

'She was a bit strange. We all knew her. She wasn't dangerous or anything,” said a neighbor who wished to remain anonymous.

“She was cleaning, doing things, picking up leaves. She was always so nice and clean. She was quiet, reserved, withdrawn. No one knew what was happening inside.”

Marie's brother, who had not been seen by her neighbors for years, was remembered for his inquisitive nature.

'He clearly also had mental problems. We saw him jump out and he loved looking into cars. He peered into cars, but he never did anything wrong.”

Neighbors said they didn't think much of it when they stopped seeing him in the neighborhood.

“Things are changing, people are leaving… it's just horrible,” the neighbor said.

Forensic biohazard specialists recovered the remains of Marie's brother on December 29, 2022, after she was arrested for allegedly violating an intervention order.

Today, the house still stands empty, with planks covering the property's broken rear windows.

Nicole Stratton, who has lived directly behind the “house of horrors” for the past six years, said she was ashamed of what happened to her neighbor.

“She definitely had mental health issues, but I was definitely surprised by the dead body in there,” she said Monday.

'As messy as the house was on the inside, it was neatly maintained on the outside.'

Ms Stratton said she had complained to Victoria's Department of Families, Fairness and Housing about her neighbor but they had failed to uncover the body.

“They came to see (me) and they asked about her and I complained about the smell. It was disgusting and the carport was always full of (trash),” she said.

'I always thought the smell was just garbage because she was always collecting garbage everywhere. I thought it was the old junk left under the carport.

'The blinds were always down and there was just mold on them. She never opened the house.”

The remains of rubbish and litter can still be seen at the back of the flat, where an empty beer bottle rests in the gutter of the house.

'Apparently it was horrible inside. I just find it all terribly sad. It's shocking,” said another neighbor.

Marie, believed to be in her 70s, was released without charge last year in connection with her brother's death, while the coroner continues to investigate the exact circumstances of his death. Herald Sun reported.

The recent attention has opened old wounds for those who knew the elderly couple across the street.

“It happened a year ago… She was mentally ill and they just slipped through the cracks. If anyone talked to her, she would have portrayed that everything was fine. It's sad,” said a neighbor.

Helvin was totaal verbijsterd.

Marie in de stad met Jerry Hall, 1985;

'Omdat mijn uiterlijk mijn levensonderhoud is.

Two mums who started a home organizing business after being inspired by celebrity organizer Marie Kondo say they now earn £925 a day from their celebrity clientele.

Gemma Abraham and Hayley Harrison, both 42, founded Organise-d in 2020 after watching Kondo's Netflix show Tidying Up.

Since launching their business, the friends have achieved continued success, working with the likes of Tamara Ecclestone, John Terry, Kimberly Wyatt and Billie Shepherd.

Gemma and Hayley, from Guildford, Surrey, advise their clients on how to make the best use of the space they have, whether it is large or small.

They also post regularly on social media – with a recent clip of Tamara Ecclestone's organized snack drawer racking up 85,000 views and countless comments on TikTok.

“Tamara was great fun and we'll be back next week,” mother-of-three Gemma explained.

'Her house had the wow factor: it's probably the most valuable house we've ever lived in. Every week we are impressed by where our customers live.

'John and Toni Terry's home is incredible and wonderful to work with. John ended up having more in his wardrobe than Toni!'

Gemma and Hayley, mother of two, charge a basic daily rate of £925 to organize one space. That price covers eight hours of work.

Gemma was previously retail director and Hayley was marketing director.

Neither of them was working when they came up with the business idea, so they threw themselves into developing it.

“We started this business because where we live in Surrey is a very affluent area,” Gemma said.

“We knew people here would have the disposable income to afford a service like ours. We've been working hard on Instagram, doing free jobs for friends for content.

“Then our following started to grow and we were approached by a number of celebrities.”

The @organise-d Instagram page now has 22.1k followers.

Despite the majority of Gemma and Hayley's clients living in large homes, the friends have tackled smaller spaces where hoarding can be a bigger problem.

They experience a greater sense of achievement in these spaces where they have to work harder.

The duo's personal lives have also played a role in their organizing talents.

“I have 10-year-old twins and a nine-year-old son,” Gemma said.

“My natural organization became stronger after I got the boys because I had no choice but to be organized.

'Hayley has an 11-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter, and her son has ADHD, so organization plays a huge role in our family life.'

Gemma also thinks this country is not used to the idea of professional organizers.

'In Britain people are ashamed to admit they have a gardener or cleaner.

“Even when we say we are home organizers now, people don't understand what that is.

'Our followers on Instagram are usually in their early forties, so not entirely from the TikTok generation.

'Some people love to hate – we've had mixed reactions – but we posted a video from Billie Shepherd's house and had really nice reactions saying they were goals.'

Gemma and Hayley work closely with their clients to get the most out of their space.

They are aware that some people find it emotionally difficult to get rid of possessions.

“Many of our customers do have domestic help, such as butlers or housekeepers, but they are not involved in the organizational side,” Gemma explains.

Gemma and Hayley's best tips for organizing your home

1. Detox first

Go through everything and figure out what stays and what needs to go.

2. Start small

Start by clearing out a drawer and move into a new space the following week. The best thing you can have is a sense of achievement instead of a sense of failure.

3. Structure is key

There are many storage solutions for different budgets on the market. For long-term maintenance, invest in drawer dividers, for example.

4. Make it work for you

Organize according to your lifestyle and family composition. Don't follow what others are doing on social media if it doesn't work for your family.

5. Involve the whole house

Daily maintenance is essential, so make sure everyone is on board. Actively involving children in maintenance is a great life lesson.

'We work closely with them and get them on board.

“When we arrive at a house, it's a fact-finding mission: How is the space being used and who is using it?

'Men are the hardest to get on board – they don't think of it as a real profession, but then they see their partner's space ready and they think, yes, that needs to be done.

'There is an element of psychology behind many things that make each item valuable to a person.

'We are strict but gentle with it, especially when it comes to women's clothing.

'Many women are yo-yo dieters and have wardrobes ranging from size 8 to 16, so we are passionate about how we approach that and we focus on explaining what happens to the items next.

“We let someone else love the item by passing it on to a thrift store or a women's shelter.”

Gemma and Hayley believe that a messy, messy home life can make people tense and tense, and that an organized home brings a sense of calm.
