Tanks shooting, soldiers on the move, the Israeli army releases images of troops in Gaza

The IDF released footage Thursday of a dramatic firefight with Hamas operatives in the Gaza Strip. Ground troops and tanks clashed with Hamas terror cells in northern Gaza, killing scores of armed men in intense and chaotic fighting that lasted more than three hours. The IDF said troops had taken part in “prolonged fighting” against Hamas terrorists who fired rockets, explosives and threw grenades at the forces.
