Target has the best eyeliners you will ever use – they are so cheap at $5
A BUDGET beauty fan has shared her favorite products from Target.
Scratch expensive luxury brands – she said her favorite eyeliners were cheap and simply the best.

Julyanna (@missprettygirl) shared the makeup and hair care recommendations in a TikTok video.
She was excited about the $5 eyeliners that led her to ditch other brands.
“These NYX Jumbo sticks are literally the creamiest and best eyeliners you will ever use. They’re so cheap too,” she said.
Another NYX favorite was theirs $6 butter glaze and their $6 lip liners.
“10 out of 10. They are perfect if you want a nude lip combo,” she said.
“They also have NYX lip liners which you all already know are the best.”
One setting spray she loved was the $15 Revolution Superfix Super Hold Lasting Spray, which she thought was a dupe of the popular $32 One size spraya spray that Beyoncé loved.
“This is a dupe of the One Size and honestly it works so well,” she said.

Julyanna raved about the $11 Milani Longwear Concealersher tried and tested holy grail.
“I’ve been using them since I was in middle school and high school and the coverage is really high-level,” she said.
Other Milani favorites included their $11 fried blushes.
For a dupe for the Makeup by Mario $50 Eyeshadow Paletteshe advised a $14 ColourPop option.
“That palette costs $50, but you can get similar colors for cheaper. This palette is so beautiful. I love it and I have this one at home,” she said.
“It’s so incredibly pigmented, I literally love it so much.”
