HUNDREDS of three customers have reported problems with the provider's services in the past 24 hours.

According to Downdetector, more than 2,000 reports have been made.

Three customers indicate that they have no signal, cannot make calls or do not have access to the internet.

The provider, which has more than 10 million customers, has said they are working on a solution to the network problem.

Three said on X, formerly known as Twitter, this afternoon: “Some customers may still experience occasional issues with our network.

“Our technicians are working hard to repair the issue and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

Is Three Mobile offline?

The mobile network was last out of service for hundreds of customers on December 1.

About 700 customers complained online that they had no signal and no access to the internet.

Three Mobile also went off the air last May.

Customers reported being unable to make or receive calls and unable to access the internet on social media.

How do I check Three Mobile's service status?

Three Mobile has a dedicated web page where you can check if there are any issues in your area.

Three Mobile offers customers a service update page on their website.

To then find out if there are any problems, simply enter your zip code.

This is to keep customers informed and confirm when any issues have been resolved.

If you are experiencing problems with your internet, calling or mobile services, you may be entitled to compensation.

Internet companies usually pay £8 for each report that broadband and phone services are not repaired after two full days without service.

If you are a mobile customer experiencing a lack of service, you may be entitled to a refund or account credit, depending on the circumstances.

If you are without service for an extended period of time, you may have the right to leave without charge.

If you still wish to complain to Three Mobile about an issue, you can contact the company by phone, online or visit a branch.

You can also talk to Three Mobile via the live chat service on the app.
