SHOW SOME LOVE: Sometimes your dog just wants attention from you.
And it costs absolutely nothing!
A play with a favorite toy, some relationship-building pranks or spending time with them in the garden is enough to make them happy.
GO GREEN: Using your dog’s daily food in a fun way is a great training exercise that won’t leave you out of pocket.
You could try sprinkling some of their regular dry food into a cardboard box or recycling it in a clean and safe manner so they can root through it and find it.
This is a great confidence building game and an easy way to keep your pet entertained indoors on a rainy day.

HIDE AND TREAT: Why not grab a favorite toy and ask your dog to wait on his bed or in his crate?
You can hide the toy somewhere and then ask them to find it.
Make it a big party when they do!

SNACK ATTACK: There are lots of great treats you can splurge on for your dog.
But it’s really quick and easy to make some at home instead of choosing expensive store-bought snacks.
If you have a dehydrator, why not make your own chicken pieces or desiccated liver?
You can also do this in an oven with a very low heat.
Cut it into the desired size and freeze it in batches, ready for walks or training.
If you eat canned tuna in spring water, drain the water on a lick mat and freeze it, or use it to make an ice cube that you can give to the dogs so they can enjoy it in the garden.
