Inauguration of Ram Mandir: As the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony at the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya draws closer, people have found unique and innovative ways to show their love and devotion for Lord Ram. In Hyderabad in Telangana, a caterer prepared a huge laddu weighing over 1,250 kilograms as an offering at the Ram Mandir.

Nagabhushan Reddy, who runs a catering company in Hyderabad, said around 30 people worked continuously for 24 hours to prepare this laddu, which weighs a whopping 1,250 kg.

“Since 2000, I have owned a catering service called Shree Ram Catering. When the Bhoomi Pooja of Ram Janmabhoomi Temple took place, we thought within ourselves about what offering could be given to Sri Ram. Later, we came up with the idea that from the day of Bhoomi Pooja to the day of opening of the temple, we will give 1 kg of laddu every day,” Nagabhushan Reddy told news agency ANI.

The giant laddu was today stored in a refrigerated glass box as it started its journey to the temple city in Uttar Pradesh.

“That's how we prepared this 1,265 kg laddu for the Mandir. We take this laddu as Yatra from Hyderabad to Ayodhya in a refrigerated box. We will start the journey from Hyderabad on January 17 and travel by road. About 30 people worked continuously for 24 hours to prepare this laddu. It took us four hours to assemble the laddu here,” he added.

The laddu was prepared by master pastry chef Dushasan.

“I feel very happy. This is the first time that I have such a big work. We have done this with a lot of hard work. We have made this laddu in such a way that it does not get damaged while traveling,” said Dushasan .

Hyderabad man builds Ram Mandir replica car

Similarly, a car designer in Hyderabad has created a Ram Temple car that is an exact replica of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

Hyderabad-based Sudhakar Yadav, the owner of the Sudha Cars Museum, has created this unique masterpiece which is essentially a mobile van with a near-perfect replica of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir mounted on top of the vehicle.

Speaking to reporters, Yadav said he had been planning the Ram temple replica car project for the past two years since the 'bhoomipujan' ceremony was held at the sacred precincts in 2020. He said a team of 21 people, including 10 Muslim workers, worked on the project and special efforts were made to ensure that all the minute details of the real temple were meticulously applied to the replica.

Yadav plans to showcase his replica Ram temple car at the fairgrounds from January 19 to February 15 and later take the temple on wheels to various villages in a bid to 'darshan' people of Ayodhya Ram Mandir at their doorstep to give.

Consecration of Ram Mandir
