White ‘trad-wife’s’ African American boss breaks her silence after ‘influencer’ was fired for casually saying n-word while filming cooking video

The former employer of the white ‘tradwife’ influencer, who used the n-word in one of her controversial videos, has spoken out.

The post from Rophe, a North Carolina-based company, came after TikToker Lilly Gaddis made a series of inflammatory comments, including references to “stupid wh***s” and “immigrants who just got off the boat and are looking for a green card.’

In response, Gaddis’ employer fired her and released a statement after a firestorm erupted online with people shocked by her careless comments.

“We at Rophe of the Carolinas would like to address a recent incident that has caused concern and alarm among our stakeholders,” a statement said.

“A newly hired employee made inflammatory comments on social media that do not align with our company’s values ​​and beliefs… the employee in question is no longer with the company.

While a significant number of online viewers and commentators were shocked and disgusted by Gaddis’ language and felt the firing was an appropriate response, others felt her firing was an overreaction to a “non-scandal.”

Others mocked the grammatical errors found in the company’s note.

“I love that their official statement is full of grammatical errors. The next layoff should be whoever hires DEI to oversee their communications,” one wrote account.

Rophe’s post comes after Gaddis posted a follow-up video in which she acknowledged upsetting “members of a certain community.”

But she went on to say that “the setback caused me to do a deep dive and some soul searching, and in the end I still couldn’t find care.”

To further prove her point, the quasi-social media figure appeared on InfoWars, where she said, “America is not a racist country,” and what she said in her original video is protected free speech.

Gaddis was a marketing and sales manager at Rophe of the Carolinas, but on Friday she posted, “Oh no, I just got fired! #mob,” which generated some 307,000 views.

Her Tweet The account was temporarily suspended, but has since been restored. It is not clear whether she has been banned TikTok too, but her page is currently unavailable.

Following the social media videos, she filmed herself addressing the backlash but refusing to apologize while wearing a T-shirt with the American flag on it.

Dressed in a floral apron with her hair pulled back, she filmed herself sprinkling garlic powder, pepper and olive oil into a bowl as she spoke her thoughts.

“Guys, some guys think all girls are gold diggers. I don’t know if you get your information from Miami street interviews at 3am outside a nightclub,” she says in the video.

“You’re getting the opinion of some dumb losers and immigrants who just got off the boat and are looking for a green card. Yeah, they’re probably gold diggers, but that’s the exception: I’m the rule,” she says, tapping herself to further express her point.

“Everyone I know who’s married right now is married to a broke n*****, and they don’t care. We don’t care about money.’

Gaddis then released another Twitter video in which she told her followers, “A recent video of mine appears to have upset members of a certain community.

That rant is followed by a comment from Larry Flynt, publisher of Hustler magazine, who said, “If the First Amendment is meant to protect something, it’s also meant to protect offensive speech. If you’re not going to offend anyone, you don’t need protection.’

More than 400 people posted their reactions to the video, with some expressing outrage while others were confused.
