There is a downside to going to the store at that time.

“If I’m completely honest, it was extremely busy there for me and I literally walked into the parking lot and couldn’t breathe because I just felt overwhelmed.

“So I only picked up a few pieces of the yellow stickers.”

She also noted that her freezer is full, adding, “So let’s leave the discounts to people who need to fill the freezers.”

“But I just thought that if you want to save money on grocery shopping, it might be a good idea to stock up on Sunday mornings,” Rachel continued.

‘On your meat, for example. Put that in the freezer. Trust me, it will save you so much money on your food.

“Shop when you get your meat cheap, it tastes just as good.”

She concluded by saying: “Sunday, Asda. Check it out in the morning. Yellow stickers. Job done!”
