A 66-year-old fitness fan has shared her inspiration for keeping herself active and strong.
She thanked Tina Turner for motivating her to be at the top of her fitness game.
Stephanie (@seniorstrong) showed off her body in a TikTok video.
She couldn’t help but credit her success to singer-songwriter Tina Turner as she flexed her figure in a two-piece bikini.
Stephanie paired the floral set with a matching orange hat and accessorized with orange bracelets.
“I’m 66 and I’ve always admired Tina Turner’s strong, powerful legs,” she said.
She explained that the singer’s beauty motivated her to continue achieving her goals.
“That’s one of the reasons why I train legs every three days,” she added.
She shared images of herself training her legs in her home gym while performing reps on a machine.
Besides aesthetic reasons, Stephanie also trained her legs to prevent long-term health problems.
“Leg strength is the most reliable predictor of our physical functionality later in life,” she said.
“Greater leg strength may lower the risk of cognitive diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.”
Stephanie focused on her fitness goals, which focused on long-term sustainable benefits.
“Train to get stronger, train to live longer,” she encouraged.
People were inspired by her message and her determination.
“Yes, everything! Training to get better and live longer!” said one commenter.
