Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, revealed that she received a special serenade from her daughter’s Grammy Award-winning girl group, Destiny’s Child, on her 70th birthday.

While the superstar, 42, and her former bandmates may have gone their separate ways in 2006, the musicians came together for a very special performance to help Knowles ring in a new year of life.

‘I was just spoiled to death this weekend. I even got a serenade from Destiny’s Child. How great is that?’ the mother of two said in a video uploaded to her Instagram account on Wednesday.

She continued, “So I want to thank everyone who sent me flowers, everyone who told me happy birthday. I have received so many good wishes.’

Knowles went on to share that she felt “so blessed” and loved as she enjoyed time with her “so many bonus kids” and friends.

She started her video by saying, “This is ‘turn up’ Tina, coming to you, on my birthday, at my favorite place in the world, Malibu Beach. And I had the time of my life with all my beautiful friends from Texas and my friends from California.”

“This was a spiritual weekend, and just about empowering amazing women. Just tough, beautiful women full of love. And I feel so loved. I was a little worried when I turned 70, you know? But I’m so blessed to be here, and I’m so blessed to have the life that I have and the people that I have around me. All love,’ she concluded,

News of Destiny’s Child’s latest reunion comes just a week after former group member LeToya Luckett shared a photo of the entire group reuniting backstage during one of Beyonce’s hugely successful Renaissance tour stops.

Luckett, who 3.3. followers, shared the image and wrote: ‘ALL LOVE. This was hands down my favorite moment of 2023.”

Roberson also posted the photo with the caption, “How can you change fate.” Happy 2024 Lovers,” adding “My Sisters 4L.”

Luckett, Beyonce, LaTavia Roberson, Kelly Rowland, all 42, and Michelle Williams, 44, were all pictured.

Missing from the unified scene was one of the original group members, Farrah Franklin.

Fans of the late ’90s/early ’00s music group were first told about the reunion when a trailer for the Renaissance tour film was released in late 2023.

The trailer dropped during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, and about 40 seconds into the clip, fans got a look at Beyoncé and Kelly reuniting with LaTavia and LeToya.

The Single Ladies hitmaker hugged Roberson while Rowland hugged Luckett.

The now-defunct group reunited when the Irreplaceable singer’s Renaissance World Tour made a stop in her hometown of Houston, Texas.

Farrah Franklin, who joined the group after Roberson and Luckett left, was the only former member not to appear in the film’s trailer. Franklin left the group after just a few months.

According to the film’s official synopsis, the project “accentuates the journey of RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception to its opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to its finale in Kansas City, Missouri.”
