Brittany Mahomes appears to be shaking off Jackson Mahomes' VIP snub

Brittany Mahomes and brother-in-law Jackson Mahomes trying to enjoy their time in Las Vegas ahead of Super Bowl 2024.

Brittany, 28, and Jackson, 23, were both spotted at a nightclub in Sin City on Friday, February 9. In footage on social media, Brittany appeared to be talking to a stoic security guard who wouldn't let Jackson β€” Brittany's husband's younger brother β€” in. Patrick Mahomes – go with her to a cordoned off area.

After the security guard denied Jackson entry, Brittany walked away and shrugged her shoulders, seemingly indicating that Jackson's rejection did not bother her. Brittany then continued partying with her friends. Neither Brittany nor Jackson have addressed the alleged drama further.

Brittany and Jackson are currently in Vegas to watch Patrick, 28, and the Kansas City Chiefs play in Super Bowl LVIII. Patrick, a starting quarterback for the Missouri NFL team, and his team will play the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, February 11, at Allegiant Stadium.

On Friday, Jackson was also spotted talking KaylaNicolewho previously dated Patrick's teammate Travis Kelceoutside Aria's Limit Lounge in photos obtained by TMZ.

While Brittany and Jackson enjoy pregame parties, Patrick focuses on his gridiron plays.

β€œEvery experience you have in the Super Bowl, you just learn to calm your mind and be very balanced and just go out there and be yourself,” Patrick said at a news conference earlier this week. β€œThat's something I really try to do in these big games. Don't try to make it bigger than it is.”

Brittany is Patrick's biggest fan and brought their two children – Sterling, 2, and Bronze, 14 months – to Vegas to see the game.

β€œMy boy, so ready for tomorrow,” Brittany wrote on her Instagram Story on Saturday, February 10, sharing images of her husband and adding a praying hands emoji.

While Brittany is in Vegas, he is also celebrating being named one of these Sports illustrated swimsuit's 2024 Rookies of the Year and stepped out at the magazine's pre-Super Bowl bash on Saturday.

β€œI never in my wildest dreams thought this would happen,” Brittany said Sports illustrated swimsuit in its annual edition. β€œI'm so grateful and honored and so excited to be here with this team. I am truly so humbled and still in disbelief. As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, I never in a million years thought I would be competing [the SI Swimsuit Issue]. I'm just so grateful for this opportunity.”

Brittany's admission subsequently sparked backlash on social media, but she hasn't let it deter her.

'I'm here to tell you [that] people will hate you, people will love you,” Brittany joked on Thursday, February 8, via her Instagram Story. β€œDon't let that define you. KEEP SHINING and being YOU.”
