  • Fellow shoppers left angry notes on their jeep

Furious Bunnings buyers have left a Jeep driver with several brutal notes for parking in four places.

The messages contained angry, foul-mouthed insults that told the inconsiderate driver exactly what they thought of his or her parking skills.

One of the notes on a piece of scrap paper says, “You’re crazy! Scar.’

Another used a children’s notebook with a cartoon of children stacking alphabet blocks to get their point across.

‘Congratulations! You park like crazy. Back to school for you.’

The car was parked outside the Bunnings in Balcatta in Perth.

The fact that one of the angry notes was printed rather than handwritten sparked much curiosity after the photos were posted online.

“We all need a supply of those cards in our car,” one woman wrote, while others asked if anyone knew where to find such ready-made notes.

Some suggested that the Jeep’s owner wasn’t necessarily a bad parker, but perhaps just wanted to minimize the chances of their car getting scratched.

If that was the case, one person said the best way to cope was to play on their fears by leaving a note apologizing for the “damage” they had caused.

“The best note to leave is ‘sorry I accidentally scratched your car. You probably won’t even notice!”‘ they wrote.

‘Of course you didn’t do anything. They won’t care about being embarrassed, but they will care about something happening to their precious, precious car that needs four spots to avoid damage.”

Others suggested using available high street materials to teach the Jeep driver a lesson.

“Someone needs to put all the carts around the car,” one wrote.

Under the City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017, drivers can only occupy multiple parking spaces if their vehicle is too large to fit in one standard parking space.

“A person shall not stop or park a vehicle in a parking facility other than wholly within a parking bay or parking bay if the parking facility has parking bays or parking bays,” reads one of the rules in the document.

‘(If) the City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017 vehicle is too wide or too long to fit entirely within a single parking space or metered space… it must be parked within the minimum number of parking spaces or metered spaces required to park it.’
