“So if you want to come see me, it’s basically now or never.”

Both Andrew and Tristan, 35, have been banned from leaving Romania as they remain under investigation on charges of sex and human trafficking.

Initially they were under house arrest, but that has now been lifted, even though they have to stay in the country.

The brothers were arrested in December 2022 as part of an investigation into human trafficking, rape and organized crime in Romania.

At the time, web sleuths claimed that Tate and Greta Thunberg’s social media feud may have led to his death. arrested because a pizza box gave away his location.

Hours after their appearance, Bedfordshire Police released a statement confirming the arrests as part of a British-based investigation called Operation Moonwalk.

And now that these Romanian trials have concluded, the court has approved their extradition to Britain.

Bedfordshire Police told The Sun: “As part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of rape and human trafficking, Bedfordshire Police has issued a European Arrest Warrant for two men in their 30s.

“We are working with authorities in Romania as part of this investigation and will provide an update in due course.”

The brothers ‘categorically reject’ all new charges – and have since been released from custody in Romania.

Eugen Vidineac – lawyer for the Tates – said: “This ruling offers the brothers the opportunity to fully participate in their defense and to conduct the legal process in a transparent manner.”

He also denied allegations that Andrew was planning to flee the country.

After being arrested, Tate posted a bizarre tweet, writing, “The Matrix is ​​afraid, but I only fear God.”

Tate’s spokesperson initially claimed that the influencer had been arrested as part of a British investigation dating back to 2012.

He also claimed the charges were originally dismissed by the Crown Prosecution Service.

Four women in Britain threatened Tate with a lawsuit last June, accusing him of “forcible rape, serious physical abuse and controlling and coercive behavior.”

Lawyers representing these women also announced today that they had contacted British police, claiming Tate was planning to flee Romania.

Matthew Jury, managing partner at the law firm representing Tate’s accusers, said today: “Today’s news is very welcome as it has been a major concern for many that Tate would attempt to avoid justice in Romania and beyond.

“We are grateful to the British authorities for taking our concerns seriously and issuing an arrest warrant.”

Now in their late 20s and early 30s, the women said these attacks happened in the 2010s, when Andrew lived in Britain.

It is not clear whether last year’s sexual assault allegations are linked to the Bedfordshire Police investigation.

Andreas and Tristan were charged Through Police in June as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.

They have been accused of recruiting women on social media platforms and get them to visit their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.
