In her videoMarianna Moore (@mariannas_pantry) showed how to make her healthier Alfredo pasta.

“Personal opinion: You're craving Alfredo pasta, but you're trying to eat more protein,” she wrote in the clip.

The TikToker revealed that her dish, which contains about six servings, is 120 calories per serving with 15 grams of protein.

For her first step, Mariana cooked a box of pasta according to the package instructions.

“While the pasta is cooking, bring another large pot of water to the boil and add the cauliflower florets,” she advised her viewers.

Marianna recommended using two cups of cauliflower florets and cooking them until “they are tender and fall apart with a fork.”

After draining and cooling them, she poured off a cup and a half of low-fat cottage cheese and two-thirds of a cup of Parmesan cheese.

She put the cheese in a blender with three teaspoons of minced garlic, a teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of dried rosemary, and two teaspoons of salt.

Marianna also added a cup and a quarter of almond milk to the blender along with the cauliflower.

She recommended adding the desired amount of pepper to the mixture before mixing.

“Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more salt and pepper if necessary,” she said.

“Add pasta and sauce to the pasta pot and mix until well combined.”

Marianna advised her followers to store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

For a gluten-free option, you can even replace the pasta with a gluten-free option or more cauliflower florets.

Her audience shared their thoughts on the recipe in the comments section.

“I just tried it, so good! I waited until after dinner to tell my friend what was in it and we totally fooled him,” said one viewer.

“No, because I hate vegetables and love pasta, but this looks so good, I have to try it,” another TikTok user wrote.

“That treat looks amazing and now I'm hungry,” said a third person.
