Idaho man accused of shooting four of his neighbors after one of them exposed himself to his family
An Idaho man appeared in court Tuesday on charges of shooting to death his four neighbors after becoming enraged at the family’s teenage son who committed a sexual act within sight of a window.
Majorjon Kaylor, 31, who is “fiercely” tattooed above his eyebrow, reportedly told police he had “lost it,” acting to protect his three young children.
On Sunday night, he got involved in an argument with the teen’s mother, Kenna Guardipee, 41.
She lived in Kellogg, Idaho, at home with her sons Devin Smith, 18, and 16-year-old Aiken, plus her father Kenneth Guardipee, 65.

Five days before the shooting, police were called to the Guardipee’s home after Kaylor reported that Devin Smith exposed himself to his wife, Kaylie, and daughter.
This was told by a family friend of Smith, Katy James The spokesperson review that Devin Smith had a learning disability and struggled socially, but had received help through a program at school.
A classmate, Daisy Sawyer, told the newspaper that he had harassed her at school and was known to be inappropriate.
Kaylor came home from working at a mine on Sunday night and confronted Kenna Guardipee, angry that her son was unlikely to face further punishment for his actions.
Kaylor then shot the mother in the head, as well as her father and two sons.
Police responded to reports of shots fired at a duplex at 515 W. Brown Ave around 7:20 p.m. Sunday.
Shortly after the first call, a second call came in stating that someone had “executed his neighbors,” court documents show.

Investigators found a .45 caliber Hi-Point semi-automatic pistol with what appeared to be blood on it in a truck parked in the duplex’s driveway, according to court documents obtained by The Spokesman-Review.
Kaylor told police he “got it” and “lost it” about the dispute, saying he had spoken to Kenna Guardipee and her father, but was angry that they didn’t seem to take his concerns seriously.
His wife told detectives he “said he did what he had to do, and tell their kids he was protecting them.”
She added that she had heard him say he had killed four people.
A GoFundMe has been started for Kaylie and the three children by Kaylor’s brother Buddy.
“I am trying to raise money for my sister-in-law and 3 small children for the rent of groceries and necessities after a tragic event,” Buddy Kaylor wrote.
“Having endured continuous unthinkable sexual harassment by a neighbour, the current situation has left my brother in prison and the three children and mother without a breadwinner. Thank you for your donations, anything helps.’
Kaylor could face the death penalty or life in prison if convicted.
He also faces separate burglary charges, and police said he had a “scarce and sporadic” criminal record for drug abuse, battery and traffic violations, according to KXLY4 News.

On Tuesday, Kaylor appeared in court in Wallace, Idaho – 50 miles east of Coeur d’Alene – wearing an orange jumpsuit and handcuffs.
Prosecutor Benjamin Allen said Kaylor confessed to the shooting during a police questioning.
“Finally, confessions were made to the charges,” Allen said.
Allen said the murders were committed in a “horrific manner.”
Magistrate Judge Keisha Oxendine has not set bail and Kaylor will remain in jail. A new hearing is scheduled for July 3.
