Kathy Hilton brushes off feud with sister Kyle Richards and hosts family Christmas party at her $55M Bel-Air mansion

Kathy Hilton put on a united front with her formerly estranged half-sister Kyle Richards while hosting a DIRECTV-sponsored Christmas party at her $55M Bel-Air mansion on Tuesday.

It was truly a family reunion for the wealthy siblings – who only ended their feud five months earlier in Aspen – as they posed alongside their middle sister Kim Richards.

The 64-year-old grandmother-of-seven ‘worked like mad to get’ her eight-bedroom, 16-bathroom Georgian modern white brick compound to ‘look like a fairy tale in every room’ including fake snow on the 3,300-square-foot terrace.

‘The food will be great,’ Kathy told Forbes last week.

‘There will be caroling and collecting all the [toy drive] gifts to bring everybody together for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California. Everyone will leave that night feeling like they did their part.’

Hilton (born Avanzino) opted for a festive red mini-dress featuring sheer sleeves and ruffled trim along with matching pumps.

Meanwhile, the 54-year-old RHOBH star flashed a hint of cleavage beneath a green silky blazer, black pants, and green platform heels.

And while Kyle spent Thanksgiving with her estranged second husband Mauricio Umansky, he was busy Tuesday reuniting with his former dance partner Emma Slater at an LA taping for the semi-finals of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

On Monday, Kathy predicted her younger sister might ‘start dating’ following her ‘heartbreaking’ separation from the Mexican 53-year-old in October after 27 years of marriage.

‘She’s a Capricorn. She’s opinionated. When she makes a decision…she didn’t just pull that out of a hat. She’s a wonderful mother. Wonderful wife,’ Hilton told TODAY.

‘She’s going to do the right thing. They care about each other. Their [four] children are very important to them. It is what it is…but try to make it nice.’

That same day, the Manhattan-born socialite sweetly Instastoried a snap of herself with Richards in yet another show of support.

Kathy and Kyle stopped speaking after Hilton allegedly told their former co-star Lisa Rinna that she would ‘f***ing ruin Kyle’ during an off-camera meltdown in February 2022.

By June 24, the blonde philanthropist told Richards, ‘I’m sorry. It wasn’t your fault’ while posing together at high-end western wear store Kemo Sabe in Aspen during their niece Whitney Davis’ wedding festivities.

Other prior fights involved the brunette Bravo-lebrity’s outing their sister Kim as an alcoholic in 2010 as well as her Paramount Network’s 2018 series American Woman about their family.

The blonde 59-year-old – who, like Kyle, got her start acting in NBC’s Little House on the Prairie – rocked sparkly black catsuit beneath a matching leather blazer and booties. 

Also joining Kathy on the red carpet was the ‘most wonderful husband in the world’ – Hilton & Hyland co-founder Richard Hilton – with whom she impressively celebrated 44 years of wedded bliss last Friday.

The Hilton’s youngest daughter Nicky Hilton Rothschild dazzled the holiday happening in a b&w-polka dot mini-dress featuring white bows up the split bodice as well as black slingback heels.

Kathy’s son Barron Hilton II proudly posed with his wife of five years – Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff – who’s pregnant with their third child.

Also enjoying Christmas at Kathy’s was Larsa Pippen who showed off a diamond band on her left ring finger while posing with her toyboy, Marcus Jordan.

‘We’re not engaged,’ the 49-year-old RHOM star clarified on the August 22nd episode of their podcast Separation Anxiety.

‘But you did give me a promise ring.’

Larsa might be 17 years older than Michael Jordan’s son, but they’ve been going strong as a couple since September 2022.

The starry soirée also served as a glamorous date night for Vanderpump Rules couples James Kennedy and Ally Lewber as well as Brock Davies and Scheana Shay. 

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test finalist Nick Viall proudly clutched the bourgeoning baby bump on his pregnant fiancée of 10 months, surgical technologist Natalie Joy. 

Speaking of winners, RuPaul’s Drag Race reigning champ Sasha Colby put on a side show in an emerald green halter gown featuring a long train. 

Influencer Dixie D’Amelio – whose unfortunate bangs hung in her eyes – wore a green leather halter top and matching skirt to Kathy’s Christmas party with her mini-dress-clad mommie dearest, Heidi D’Amelio. 

Another mother-daughter duo storming the party was Brittny Gastineau and Lisa Gastineau coordinating in black cocktail dresses and purses. 

Things are still going strong between The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Heather Dubrow and her husband of 24 years, Dr. Terry Dubrow, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Crystal Kung Minkoff and her husband of 16 years, Paws of Fury director Rob Minkoff. 

Selling Sunset stars Breana Tiesi and Emma Hernan flaunted their cleavage and their legs in bright red dresses and heels. 

Also enjoying the merriment were comedian Heather McDonald, Cruel Summer actress Lexi Underwood, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.
