She shared some anti-aging tips on maintaining a youthful appearance at any age TikTok video that was usually cheap.
She first explained how water is crucial for keeping your skin hydrated.
“Drinking more water is essential for hydrating your skin from within,” she said.
Then she advised to avoid heavy makeup.
“Try to wear less makeup. Less is more, and of course choosing the more natural makeup is better for your skin,” she said.
For her third point, she talked about how red light therapy and sunlight can help restore the vitality of the skin complexion.
“Sunlight helps you build collagen. Really important,” she added.

Doctor Janine then showed how facial exercises help strengthen the muscles in your face.
She has numerous facial yoga videos on her account that show how to use different techniques for this.
Finally, incorporating a dermaroller into your skincare routine can also improve your results and give you healthier-looking skin for longer.
“I like to use a Derma roller at least once a month to stress my skin cells, and this helps with the regeneration of that healthy collagen,” she said.
