Karnataka BJP files FIR against Congress leaders

As a slogan, Karnataka BJP has filed an FIR at Vidhan Soudha police station. According to the complaint filed by the Karnataka BJP, it was alleged that after the returning officer declared Hussain as the winner of Rajya Sabha, along with two other Congress members, Ajay Makhen and GC Chandrashekhar, some of Hussain’s supporters, who had done so, gathered around 7 p.m. at Vidhana Soudha, “at Hussain’s insistence, he suddenly shouted ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans loudly while cheering for Hussain.”

The complaint further said that it was shocking that the incident took place ‘blatantly’ and openly within the Legislative Secretariat of Karnataka and the premises of a State Assembly in India. Further, the complaint said that the Congress workers, along with Naseer Hussain, who shouted these slogans at the ‘call’ of Naseer Hussain, think that this is an election for the Pakistani Parliament and have openly expressed their allegiance to the Pakistani Parliament . state, which is an enemy country of India.

“It also shows that under the current Congress administration, there is no security and protection for Indians and Indians within the legislative buildings,” the complaint said. The complaint added that the above offenses are further punishable under Section 153-A of the Indian Penal Code for acts “prejudicial” to the maintenance of harmony and deemed to be a punishable offense and that Naseer Hussain and his supporters can be punished. .

“In the Rajya Sabha elections held on February 27, 2024, Naseer Hussain, one of the eight contestants in the RS elections held today, and some of Naseer Hussain’s supporters had gathered near the counting area in the Vidhana in the evening Soudha. It appears that the Returning Officer of the Rajya Sabha declared at 7 pm that Naseer Hussain has been duly elected,” the complaint said.

“After that, the same supporters of Naseer Hussain who had gathered at the Vidhana Soudha building on his initiative suddenly loudly shouted ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans while cheering for Naseer Hussain. It was as if these supporters of Naseer Hussain were shouting the slogans of PAKISTAN ZINDABAD, greeting and praising Pakistan on the election of Naseer Hussain to the Rajya Sabha or the House of Lords in India,” the complaint said.

“Pro-Pakistani slogans were shouted in a festive manner in the legislative house of one of the states of the Republic of India, namely Karnataka. All this is happening at the instigation of Naseer Hussain, who does not know whether he will be elected to the Indian Parliament or the Pakistani Parliament,” the complaint said.
