Kathie Lee Gifford shared a tender photo of herself with her new grandson Finn on Instagram on Sunday.

The former Today Show host, 69, gave her fans a first look at the newest member of her family as she held him as she sat in a comfy leather chair at home.

The proud grandmother – who welcomed her first grandson in June 2022 – captioned the post: “What a joy to spend fun time with baby FINN. I am the most blessed woman. It seems! Happy Fourth of July everyone.’

Kathie’s daughter Cassidy, 29, welcomed baby Finn with husband Ben Wierda, 32, on June 24.

“Our whole whole world,” Cassidy wrote next to a photo of the baby’s tiny foot in her hand.

Cassidy and Ben got engaged in November 2019 and married in June 2020 in a backyard ceremony in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cassidy had previously told People about how she had known Ben most of her life because their mothers had been friends.

“Our moms met through a mutual friend in the Florida Keys, and my family used to go on vacation. Their children were the same age as my brother and I. You don’t always get along with your family friends’ kids, but we got along,” she said.

And when the pandemic interrupted their plans for a lavish wedding in Santa Barbara, they sped off and drove across the country to get married in Ben’s native Michigan.

“We just decided, ‘We’re going to do the thing anyway and get married,'” Cassidy told the outlet. “I bought a summer dress two days earlier, we weren’t even wearing shoes, and we just did it in his backyard,” she told Cassidy.

And they had a bigger wedding in November 2021 in Nashville – where they moved during the pandemic – with family and friends.

Finn is Gifford’s second grandson, as her son Cody Gifford, 33, and his wife Erika Brown welcomed their son Frank, named after his late father Frank Gifford, in June 2022.

Finn won’t be Kathie Lee’s youngest grandchild for long. Cody and Erika are expecting their second child this winter.

Gifford worked with Regis Philbin from the late 1980s to the turn of the millennium on Live with Regis and Kathie Lee. Gifford left the show with Philbin to work on her singing and acting career; Kelly Ripa took over from Gifford in 2001 and turned the show into Live!

The couple announced their upcoming family addition in early June while celebrating Frankie’s first birthday.

Gifford is a French-born multi-talented presenter, singer, songwriter, actress and author.

Between 1985 and 2000, Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee co-hosted the popular talk show ‘Live!’.

Gifford gained credit for co-hosting with Hoda Kotb on the fourth hour of NBC’s Today Show for an 11-year span.
