Golden girl! Queen Máxima pairs her camel coat with butterfly pins and statement earrings to visit a photo exhibition in Paris

Queen Máxima of the Netherlands looked radiant when she opened the Viviane Sassen exhibition at the Maison Europeenne de la Photographie in Paris earlier today.

The Dutch royal, 52, demonstrated her stylish prowess, stunning in a sophisticated beige coat with a high funnel neck that elegantly framed her face.

The mother of three completed the look with two delicate gold butterfly pin brooches, which were pinned to the shoulder of her jacket.

She added a touch of glamor with a pair of bold statement hoops, which perfectly matched the tone of the brooches.

The royal family appeared in good spirits during the visit, smiling alongside Dutch photographer Viviane Sassene as they admired the artwork on display.

For the visit, the mother-of-three kept her makeup subtle with a hint of pink lipstick and mascara, and let her blonde locks flow loose.

Maxima seemed captivated as she viewed the artwork of Viviane Sassen, a Dutch artist currently living in Amsterdam.

The exhibition, which runs until February next year, features more than 200 works of art, combining the different artistic mediums of photography, collage, painting and video, according to the gallery’s website.

The wife of King Willem Alexander also met young photographers during the visit and shared her pearls of wisdom.
