EXCLUSIVE: As Selling Sunset’s Nicole Young, 53, angrily denies Chrishell Stause’s accusation that she ‘rearranged her face,’ plastic surgeons reveal the procedures that could have caused her WILD transformation

Selling Sunset’s Nicole Young seemingly denied going under the knife after she was accused of “rearranging” her face in the explosive season seven reunion show.

But her denial has been called into question after a highly experienced cosmetic facial and body surgeon suggested her ‘remarkably symmetrical’ appearance could be the result of more than just Botox and fillers.

The real estate agent, 53, came under fire from costar Chrishell Stause who accused her of “rearranging” her face to star in the hit Netflix series.

When asked how she felt about the comment, Nicole told reunion host Tan France: “It was one of those deer in the headlights and I was like, ‘What are you even talking about?’ I got veneers before we started filming… Botox, like I always do, and I had dissolved the filler in my face, so I definitely didn’t rearrange my face. Unfortunately, it was just a mean, mean girl comment.”

An unconvinced Chrishell, 42, was seen rubbing her nose in what appeared to be a subtle dig at her costar who had a so-called nose job.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Dr. Tabasum Mir — a New York City cosmetic surgeon with nearly two decades of experience — weighed in on Nicole’s changing appearance.

“Although Nicole has not publicly acknowledged any cosmetic procedures, professional observations – based on her historical photographs – appear to show changes in her nasal bridge and nasal profile, which are highly indicative of a possible rhinoplasty,” she explained.

‘She has a remarkably symmetrical facial expression, a well-defined jawline and prominent cheeks – which raises considerations of weight loss or strategically placed injectable fillers.

“Additionally, her current profile suggests the possibility of breast augmentation.”

Rod J. Rohrich, a well-known plastic surgeon, agreed, adding, “From my observations, she has had a rhinoplasty, cheek and jawline fillers, Botox, buccal fat removal, lip filler, and breast augmentation.”

Rumors about Nicole’s “changing face” have been swirling since viewers were properly introduced to her when she made her debut in season six.

Despite working for twin brothers Jason and Brett at the Oppenheim Group since December 2014, Nicole was reluctant to appear on screen. She was originally part of the lineup for the first season in 2019, but withdrew.

“Honestly, I just got cold feet at the time, right before they started filming,” she previously told PEOPLE. “I just wasn’t ready to expose my entire life, and even more so my clients and business – which I am very protective of – to the whole world.”

She then revealed what had changed in the four years since and why she ultimately made the decision to join the cast for season six.

“I have grown tremendously personally and professionally,” she said. “At the end of the day, it’s an incredible opportunity and a moment to rise to the occasion.”

In the first episode of season six, viewers were treated to a flashback of Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet’s 2019 wedding, which Nicole officiated, and fans noticed she looked noticeably different.

“Only in episode 1 of #SellingSunset6, but I love that the producers gave us the flashback to Mary’s wedding to make it so clear that Nicole actually went out and got a spray tan, a nose job, and a bunch of tattoos very quickly to our to be new villain (sic),” one viewer tweeted.

Another person wrote: ‘I love the scenes where Nicole’s old nose slowly slides into the shot.’

Someone else joked, “I think the real reason Nicole is salty is because they made her get a nose job to be part of the cast.”

During the season seven reunion, Chrishell tried to explain what she meant when she accused Nicole of “rearranging” her face.

“What I was trying to explain to Nicole is that she was clearly trying to have a TV moment,” she said. “It’s clear she had a plan [and] she wanted to come with guns blazing and take me down.”

Nicole responded, “That’s not what happened. I had no plan going in, I hadn’t meditated anything beforehand, that just wasn’t what I was going for.”

Chrishell fired back, “What I responded to was that it’s very clear that you care about the show. When you were cast, there were a few months of you coming and going… btw, no judgement, it’s LA, everyone will probably have 10 faces!

“But my point was, I can physically see how much you care. I think if you just owned that, it would be a place where we all at least… it would be a more vulnerable place to come from.”

“Listen, I just told you exactly what I did… not that it’s anyone’s business… and not that I’m hiding any of that, but to say it, it’s just not necessary,” Nicole said of her supposed surgery.
