The show, which takes place at the MGM Luxor Resort in Vegas, ends in May.

It ran for more than two years – and one of the prizes on America’s Got Talent was the chance to perform on the show.

“We have loved being home to these world-class entertainers and wish all these incredible artists the best of luck as they continue their careers. We will proudly cheer them on.”

Major stars from America’s Got Talent appeared as headliners on the show, including autistic pianist-singer Kodi Lee, dance group Light Balance and magician Dustin Tavella.

A Vegas entertainer revealed that some involved were ‘stunned’ by the news and had no idea the show was coming to an end.

The insider said, “People had their lives and years planned to stay in Vegas and work on the show.

‘At first glance it went well. Sure, the weekends were the busiest nights, but attendance during the weekday shows wasn’t bad.’

But they added: “There has been a noticeable dip overall since January, excluding Superbowl week.”

Simon described landing the show in 2021 as one of the highlights of his career.

He was even awarded the key to the city for his contributions to the industry in Vegas.

The show was a live spin-off of Britain's Got Talent and one of the prizes for the US version was the chance to perform on the live Vegas show
