Jack Osbourne after getting his heart rate checked was forced to medically withdraw on Monday’s episode of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test on Fox.

The 38-year-old English television personality during the season two episode titled Survival started Day Six of the military challenge struggling.

Jack told fellow contestant Bode Miller, 46, that his heart rate was 104 beats per minute.

‘It’s 104? Just hanging around?,’ Bode asked.

‘Just hanging around, dude,’ said Jack who added that he monitored his heartbeat throughout the night and the lowest it got was 89 beats per minute.

‘Have them check it out and get some idea,’ Bode advised.

The Osbournes star approached Directing Staff member Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham, an ex-SAS Sergeant Major, and told him that his heart rate wasn’t going down.

Billy told Jack to see the camp’s doctor to get checked out.

‘Having a multiple sclerosis diagnosis at 26 was, like, a huge ”Why me?”,’ Jack said in a confessional. ‘High stress can cause a flare up.’

Jack went to see the medic and told him, ‘My heart rate won’t go down, and I’m just, like, red-lining, always.’

The medic used a stethoscope to check Jack’s heart as the reality star took big breaths.

‘Your heart is going almost twice as fast as what you normally run. With your history, we must take it seriously,’ the doctor told him as Jack was kept under observation.

The other six recruits meanwhile participated in a survival drill in which they were plunged into ice cold water to simulate a helicopter crash and had to hold their breath for 15 seconds before retrieving a life jacket and swimming to the surface.

‘The heli-dunk is the ultimate test of controlling fear. You can feel the temperature biting through to the bones,’ said Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox, a former UK Special Forces soldier and Royal Marine Commando.

Jack was under medical supervision while the other recruits were on exercise, but his condition didn’t improve.

‘His heart shouldn’t be going that fast. He’s got a history of heart valve issues, so he could keel over and die if there’s something underneath going on with him,’ the medic told Billy.

The doctor then informed Jack that for his own safety he had to medically withdraw him from the course.

‘If anything happened out there, last thing we want is you suddenly keeling over,’ the medic said as Jack cursed.

‘It’s out of your hands, okay. You have to listen to advice,’ Billy said.

‘Correct,’ Jack said.

Billy then took Jack’s number and he was eliminated on Day Six.

‘I’m out. They’re med-dropping me,’ Jack told his fellow recruits.

‘Damn, dude,’ said Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval, 40, as Jack delivered the news.

JoJo Siwa, 20, hugged Jack and asked if she could take his beanie and he gave it to her.

‘We’re gonna miss you, dude,’ JoJo told Jack as fellow recruit Nick Viall, 43, gave him a farewell hug.

‘I’m bummed,’ Jack said.

‘Enjoy seeing your kids,’ JoJo told him.

‘I will and don’t f***ing quit,’ Jack said as he left.

‘Be in touch,’ he added before leaving.

JoJo said he crushed it while competing and Tyler Cameron, 30, agreed.

‘Yeah, he made it far,’ Tyler said.

‘He was an incredible asset to the this team,’ JoJo said.

The Directing Staff reviewed performances during the survival drill and the standouts were Tyler, Bode, Nick and JoJo who all passed the exercise.

Rudy Reyes, a former US Recon Marine, said they had high hopes for ‘Number 3’, referencing JoJo and her armband number, but they worried that she was approaching it as a game.

JoJo was brought in for tactical questioning and Jovon Quarles, a veteran Navy SEAL, said they were still seeing here bouncing around and acting goofy.

‘It’s been harder for men than I thought it would be,’ JoJo admitted.

JoJo added that she’s hard on herself and judges herself on everything.

‘ I am a very insecure person. Very insecure person,’ JoJo admitted.

The staff asked her why she lacked confidence and JoJo said growing up in front of the Internet was the ‘hardest thing.’

‘Everything gets judged. People told me I have a receding hairline. They don’t know that I have a stress rash and that’s why I’m balding right here,’ JoJo said pointing to her left temple.

‘The twelve-year-old shouldn’t have a stress rash on their head that makes them bald, but I did. When I’m home, I’ve tended to be a loner. Like, I like to do things alone. I like to have my solitude time. Because the reality is it’s hard for me to go places. It’s not always fun for for me to go places. It’s work, you know?,’ JoJo said as she wiped away tears.

Foxy told JoJo that they see a lot of potential in her and said it was her opportunity to show that she was made of ‘sterner stuff.’

‘I work in an industry where you can’t be vulnerable. Where you have to be on, you have to be hard, you have to be hardcore, you have to be business. And that’s something that I’ve struggled with,’ JoJo said in a confessional.

‘JoJo? Hardass. Hardshell. Can’t break her down. Joell, the most vulnerable person you’ll ever meet,’ she added.

She returned to the barracks and told her fellow recruits that her interview was ‘very emotional’.

‘I miss my family,’ JoJo admitted as she stepped outside.

‘Tell me not to quit,’ JoJo told Tyler.

‘You got it,’ Tyler assured her.

‘Thank you,’ JoJo said.

The recruits were then tasked with another survival challenge as they were forced to fight against Jovon who was dressed in red with padding and a helmet.

Sandoval wrestled with Jovon and mounted him while swinging at him.

‘I think you just made love to him,’ Billy said as Tom failed to show enough aggression.

JoJo attacked the Red Man and was followed by Bode and Erin Jackson, 31.

‘I’ve never redlined on someone else. It scared the s*** out of me,’ Bode admitted afterward to staff.

Tyler fought hard and punched Jovon while they were on the ground, but he was called off after a headshot to the instructor.

‘What you just went through is a very small taste of what we get up to. Anger on its own on the battlefield in very unhelpful. That’s why we’re getting you to understand how you need to turn it off in an instant,’ Foxy told them.

Tyler was called in for questioning afterward and got emotional while talking about his late mother who died in February 2020.

‘You know, that was definitely the biggest, toughest thing I ever went through. She was always the rock, you know. That’ll hit you,’ Tyler said.

Tyler said he took on a leadership role for his two little brothers and they have a saying, ‘Make Mama proud.’

Staff told Tyler to push himselt to start leading the others and he agreed.

The recruits weren’t done as Jovon addressed them and reminded them that Special Forces operators know they can possibly get killed.

‘Tonight, you’re writing what we call a death letter to your loved ones, as if you’re not coming home. What would you want to say to your mom, your dad, friends?,’ Jovon said.

‘You’re going to write this, and you’re going to read them to each other,’ he added.

The recruits took turns tearfully reading their death letters out loud and JoJo went first after warning everyone that she was going to cry.

Erin cried while reading her letter and Sandoval also wept while reading his letter to his mother.

Nick also cried while reading his letter to his fiancée Natalie Joy in which he apologized for not being with her to raise their child.

Bode also wept and made everyone cry as he wrote to his late 19-month-old daughter Emeline who drowned in 2018.

Tyler cried while reading his letter to his younger brother Austin that said he and their late mother were proud of him.

‘Damn, Tyler,’ JoJo said as Tyler wept.

Tyler revealed that he has opened up more to six strangers than anyone back at home.

The ‘death letter’ exercise despite its heavy emotional toll appeared to give the group more resolve to finish the course.

‘Guys, let’s f***ing do this,’ Sandoval told everyone.
