Perhaps it’s no surprise that she’s at home on a Ruby field.
After all, Kate is Princess of Wales and patron of the Rugby Football Union.
So who better to run down for a practice session with Maidenhead Ruby Club – her local team – yesterday.
The 41-year-old princess talked to the players about fatherhood, young children and how sports clubs can help families.
But it was hard not to be impressed – again – with Kate’s vast array of sporting interests.
Speaking to England’s wheelchair rugby league team in January, Kate revealed she takes every opportunity to incorporate exercise into her daily routine, “even jumping on the trampoline with the kids before school.”
