Taylor Swift fans know New Year’s Day has a special meaning to the singer, but New Year’s Eve was just as important this year as she supported Travis Kelce during his Kansas City Chiefs game.

Swift, 34, arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, as his team faced the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, December 31. Swift swapped her usual miniskirt for a pair of black straight-leg jeans with a matching top and boots. She showed off her team spirit with a Kansas City Chiefs lettersman-inspired jacket — which appears to be from Kelce’s closet.

Kelce, 34, was spotted wearing a nearly identical Chiefs jacket with a white torso, black leather sleeves and several team patches as he arrived at the game on Christmas Day. Swift’s has a striped hem and cuffs, while Kelce’s coat is solid black.

The game took place less than a week after the Las Vegas Raiders defeated the Chiefs on Christmas Day. Swift and her family – father Scott Swiftmom Andrea Swift and brother Austin Swift – as well as Travis’ father, Ed Kelce, were present at the loss on Monday, December 25. Commentator Tony Romo made headlines during the game when he incorrectly referred to Taylor as Travis’ “wife” for the second time this season.

Taylor was spotted at her first Chiefs game in September, though she later clarified that her romance with Travis actually started shortly after he gave her a shout-out on his “New Heights” podcast in July. Earlier this month she spoke about the media attention surrounding her presence in the stands.

“I will say this: They showed Taylor during the game and you don’t see an entire home team fan base going crazy when someone wears the other team’s colors,” he noted during the Dec. 20 episode of his podcast with brother. Jason Kelce. “It just shows you how amazing that girl is.”
