Aston and his pregnant wife Sarah responded to concerned fans and confirmed that the singer was doing well despite the disturbing accident.
Sarah posted a photo of herself hugging Aston on Instagram and wrote: ‘A little painful, but it’s made of strong material.
“That step is a lot to answer for, though!”
In another photo, Aston was pictured cradling Sarah’s baby bump as she joked: “He’s just chilling with his new little best friend and telling them not to play on the stairs.”
