Thomas Markle is the father of Meghan Marklethe Duchess of Sussex.
He was born on July 18, 1944 in Nieuwpoort, Pennsylvania, US.
Before he became related to the Royal familyhe made a name for himself as a lighting director and director of photography on some American ones TV shows.
