Zooey Deschanel dazzles in a retro floral dress during the screening of Trolls Band Together in Hollywood

Zooey Deschanel brought her signature retro glam to a special screening of Trolls Band Together at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday.

The 43-year-old Emmy nominee looked stunning in a glittery floral dress, silver clutch and Mary Jane heels selected by stylist Ib Abdel Nasser.

Zooey’s belted sheath dress featured silver, fuchsia and blue tones, which she paired with matching fuchsia earrings and statement ring.

Deschanel added volume to her raven-fringed mane in a 1960s style with an updo at the top, accented with silver barrettes.

The Los Angeles native brought out her baby blues with false lashes, defined brows, rosy cheeks and a bright pink pout.

Zooey reprized her voiceover role as former kitchen maid Bridget in Walt Dohrn’s animated three-quel, which finally hits U.S. theaters this Friday.

“I’m so excited and overjoyed to be able to play Bridget again. She’s one of my favorite characters I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing, definitely a top three if not number one favorite. I’m so excited to be back!’ Deschanel gushed.

‘Bridget is getting married. She is captured. She makes peace between sisters. There’s a lot going on that Bridget can help with in this new film. Bridget is getting married and Poppy is planning the wedding, so it should be the most fun and amazing wedding in the world.

“It feels great to bring Trolls back to audiences. I’m just so excited to get in and take on this character. I just love working on these films, so happy! This is the best Trolls movie ever made.”

Missing from the physical actress’ side was her fiancé of three months – Property Brothers producer-star Jonathan Scott – as well as her daughter Elsie Otter, 8; and son Charlie Wolf, 6; (with ex-husband #2 Jacob Pechenik).

“Our family is very deep-rooted and very blended,” Zooey said People last month.

“We’re basking in engaged bliss and haven’t really discovered anything yet [for our wedding yet]. We like to party!’

Deschanel originally met the Canadian 45-year-old while filming a 2019 episode of Carpool Karaoke: The Series, and he asked the question on August 14 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Anna added curves to her petite 6-foot figure with a strapless blue mini dress with draped peplums and black slingback Louboutins selected by stylist Jordan Johnson Chung.

The 38-year-old Oscar nominee proudly posed with a life-size version of her Trolls character Queen Poppy.
