Amazon launches ‘game changer’ Alexa gadget that works with your Ring doorbell
AMAZON has released a brand new Alexa gadget that works with thousands of smart devices, including Ring doorbells and Fire TV Sticks.
The company’s Echo Hub is a smart home control panel that lets users play with their security cameras, alarm systems, lights, locks, plugs, blinds and thermostats.
As is standard with Alexa devices, it works extensively with other Amazon products, especially Ring.
This way, owners can easily see who is at the door and view other cameras in the house.
And if you have other speakers, you can connect the Echo Hub to play music, audiobooks and podcasts in any room of the house.
Users can take advantage of the full suite of Alexa controls already available, meaning you can ask the voice-activated assistant to perform tasks like playing a movie on your Fire TV Stick.
