Ariana Madix sues Tom Sandoval, asks judge to order house sale
Ariana Madix has taken legal action in hopes of selling her and Tom Sandoval‘s shared home in Los Angeles after their split in 2023.
Madix, 38, claimed in court documents obtained by We weekly that there is “disagreement” between her and Sandoval, 40, who co-own the property. According to the filing, she believes that tension “continues to adversely affect the ownership” of the home and affects Madix “the enjoyment of her interest” in the property.
As a result, Madix is asking a judge to “divide by sale” the property, which would order Sandoval to sell and divide the income. The filing states that Madix wants “an equitable distribution of the proceeds of the sale,” including “the payment of the debts secured thereby and divorce costs.”
The Vanderpump Rules star stated in its filing that it does not want an “in-kind division,” which would allow Madix and Sandoval to retain ownership of the property while one party sells their interest in the home. Madix argued in the documents that an in-kind distribution “cannot legally be effected under the facts and circumstances present in this action.”
