Just one look at Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Instagram page and it’s easy to see that the longtime Hollywood star is a total animal lover.

The Terminator star has regularly posted photos and videos of his four-legged relatives over the years, especially when he adds a new addition to social media.

And on Friday, the former California governor happily shared the spotlight with his pet pig Schnelly and two of his dogs, Schnitzel and Dutch, in a sweet photo shared to Instagram.

“Schnelly, Schnitzel and Dutch demanded more time in the spotlight,” the actor, 75, joked in his caption.

In the photo, the proud pet owner can be seen sitting on the patio in his backyard cradling Schnelly in his arms, while his two canine friends lounge by his side.

Pack on parade: Arnold Schwarzenegger, 75, revealed that some members of her four-legged friends took the spotlight Friday as he showed off pet pig Schnelly and dogs Schnitzel and Dutch on Instagram

For their moment in the spotlight, their pack leader opted for a western look in jeans and a black t-shirt with brown cowboy boots and a black cowboy hat.

Schwarzenegger’s love for his animals is more than evident on Instagram.

The star – who is a father of five – announced Schnelly’s arrival last April with a photo of the little piggy sitting on his lap, alongside his Yorkshire Terrier named Cherry.

Dutch, who appears to be an Alaskan malamute or malamute mix, was adopted into the family in July 2020.

The beautiful black and white little dog is named after Schwarzenegger’s character in his successful sci-fi action film Predator (1987).

Schnitzel, a Leonberger, a breed of German descent, came on board in December 2021.

Staying in the dog family: Schwarzenegger also had a chocolate Labrador named Gustav in the late 2000s.

A Chocolate Lab was featured in an Instagram post last December, though it’s unknown if he’s another new addition as he looks like a younger dog.

Therapeutic:

Therapeutic: “It’s so great when you have animals around you, and they play with you, and they do funny things, and they roam the house,” the former governor of California said in an interview with Fox 11 Los Angeles in 2020

Along with all of his dogs and a pig, the Total Recall star has a miniature horse named Whiskey and a donkey named Lulu.

“It’s so great when you have animals around you, and they play with you, and they do funny things, and they roam around the house,” he shared in an interview with Fos 11 in Los Angeles during the COVID-19 lockdown in August 2020.

“I’m lucky enough to be able to afford such animals, or have the space for such animals, or now because of the coronavirus, have time where I can stay home most of the time.”

Over the years, videos of his animals roaming around his house and backyard have been viewed millions of times, which in turn has led to viral stardom of many of them, especially Lulu and Whiskey.

Their faces have since been immortalized on shirts that Schwarzenegger sells to benefit his non-profit After-School All-Stars.

“It’s so nice to see this and to see this energy. I think it’s also therapeutic in a way,” he said of his pets.
