At least 30 children were injured in a horror ‘gas attack’ at a German school, leaving them unable to breathe and with burning eyes
THIRTY children have been injured in a horror gas attack at a school in Dresden, Germany.
26 of the children were admitted to hospital after being assessed by paramedics and emergency doctors.

The school had already been evacuated when the Dresden fire brigade was called to the school.
A fire brigade spokesman said: “We have activated a major alarm and prepared the clinics in Dresden and the surrounding area.”
It has now emerged that an “irritating gaseous substance” was sprayed at the school, which many children inhaled.
The fire brigade added that many children were crying when they arrived on the scene just after 11am.
Some injured children were taken to hospitals in Freital, Meissen and Pirna.
It is currently unclear how the incident could have happened.
