Bachelor Summary: Joey can handle feelings for multiple women

Tuesday's special episode picked up where Monday, February 12's episode left off: with Leah for takeover Sydney in the drama with Mary. After Lea receives the final rose from the first rose ceremony of the evening, Edwina And Allison will be shipped packaged.
When the group moves from Malta to Spain, Kelsey A. is taken on the first one-on-one date after Joey met a Paolo (from The Lizzie McGuire Movie) and arrives on a Vespa. After a candid conversation about her mother's death, Joey gives her a rose. On the group date Jess tries to win a rose by painting an engagement ring during a painting exercise, but Joey ultimately rewards Maria for opening up about the ups and downs with her parents (and a near-fatal car accident).
Rachel arranges the second one-on-one date and learns a flamenco dance with Joey (à la the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) and receiving a rose as the pair discuss what it's like to be the partner of a nurse (Rachel's profession).
Some Bachelor Nation couples hit it off differently. The Bachelor franchise has been matchmaking since 2002. Joey's standout moment from the episode of Us comes during the cocktail party. While the tennis pro hasn't necessarily been a pro at dealing with all the tension between the women in the mansion, his conversation with Daisy about how the series works stood out.
“Everyone here is looking for their person,” Daisy tells Joey. “It is clear that many people have many feelings. How are you?
Joey admits that he “sometimes” has trouble dealing with feelings for multiple women. He then does something the past several bachelors have failed to do: give Daisy validation while keeping expectations in check about how this long-running program works.
“I'm always there and try to express their feelings and be there. I think my wife is here and until I find out, it feels wrong for me to express and talk about those feelings with anyone else. But the root of it is good and I have the right intentions, and I mean the best by it,” says Joey. “What I always come back to and what has also gotten me through this on the other side is, what better way to have trust in the relationship than to let the person choose you in the sea of all these wonderful people? ”

Daisy clearly feels seen by his comments. “That's true,” she says before admitting she didn't know the competition would be so fierce. “I didn't think I would come here and there would be so many great people.”
Joey jokingly makes it difficult for Daisy to be so confident before telling her, “I hope you're doing well.”
“I am,” she answers. “Like I said, there's no place I'd rather be, honestly.”
During the second rose ceremony of the episode, Autumn And Medina are eliminated as Maria appears to ignite a new feud – this time with Jess, who is angry that Maria stole time with Joey despite having a rose.
