Ellen (@ellentheblogger) has almost 6,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares home inspiration videos.

She revealed how to transform hard-to-clean areas in a now-viral video, which has been viewed more than 278,000 times.

“Top five tips for spring cleaning,” she said.

“First, use baby oil on stainless steel to keep it shiny and fingerprint-free.

“Second, don’t use paper towels to clean your glass or windows, use a squeegee instead, which will save costs.”

She demonstrated the first hack by cleaning her dishwasher with a soft cloth and baby oil.

A small bottle of baby oil is available for just $2.16 at Walmart.

The surface of the dishwasher glistened enough to almost reveal her reflection.

The cleaner then showed off how streak-free her bathroom mirrors looked after wiping them with a squeegee.

The cleaning tool can also be found at Walmart for $6.

“Third, use shaving cream to clean your showers and bathroom,” she continued.

“And to remove any musty odors.

I clean so many places in my house with a super cheap purchase – it also freshens the smell of rooms and clothes –

‘Four: Whiten dirty white clothes with a few drops of Mrs. Steward’s Liquid Blueing.

“And finally, remove any burn marks from pots or pans with the Bar Keeper’s Friend Cleaner.”

Mrs. Stewart’s Liquid Blueing is highly rated on Walmart’s website, where it costs $15.

“This stuff really works! It took on the mild yellow look of my whites,” reads one review.

“My whites are brighter and whiter!! A little goes a long way!”

Shoppers also rave about Bar Keeper’s Friend Cleaner, which costs $6.50 for a pack of two at Walmart.
