Ben Higgins is quiet here for the Kaitlyn Bristowe And Zac Clark drama.

Higgins, 34, busted the relationship rumors surrounding Bristowe, 38, and Clark, 39, on the Tuesday, January 2, episode of his Podcast ‘Almost famous’ next to cohost Ashley Iaconetti.

“No hard launch whatsoever,” Iaconetti, 35, declared during the “Almost Famous” episode, referencing a now-viral video of Bristowe’s arm around Clark at her New Year’s Eve party. Higgins agreed: “It seems like a soft launch.”

Clark was previously engaged Tayshia Adamswith whom he split in 2021 after one year together.

While some roses stand the test of time, others wither before Neil Lane’s engagement ring can be resized. The Bachelor premiered on ABC in March 2002, with Alex Michel being named the World’s Most Eligible Bachelor. More than twenty women competed for his heart and one of the most successful reality TV franchises was born. […]

“The controversial part of this is that Zac is Tayshia’s ex and Tayshia and [Kaitlyn] has co-hosted multiple seasons of the show,” Iaconetti said during Tuesday’s podcast. “To the viewer’s eye alone, it certainly seems like there’s something romantic between Kaitlyn and Zac.”

Higgins’ conclusion was that he wants a front-row seat if the two former bachelors ever reunite.

“I will say this: the evil in me wants to be there the next time Tayshia and Kaitlyn are together,” he said. “Is that bad? I want to see how they resolve conflicts.”

Iaconetti reflected on the aftermath of the video, noting that she was “surprised” by Bristowe’s reaction to the tragedy. ‘It seemed like she didn’t expect any news to come [the party],” Iaconetti speculated.

Bristowe shared a series of posts about the situation, initially on social media with a cryptic quote on Monday, January 1.

“The vibe for 2024 is messy authenticity over fake perfection,” she said on Monday. Shortly after, Bristowe followed up with a lengthy Instagram story criticizing the haters.

‘You’d think I’d be used to the hate by now. I am not. Your words hurt. Your shame hurts. Part of me feels a little sad and honestly ashamed of you guys because this shouldn’t be how you spend day 1 of a new year,” Bristowe wrote. ‘You shouldn’t invest so much in someone you don’t even know or respect. It’s actually scary, and I know looking inside might be even scarier for you. But the bullying is next level. You are allowed to have opinions and feelings,” she wrote in part. “But you don’t even know the truth, and your HATE should actually have consequences. I’m really concerned about some of your mental health. It’s not okay. Are. Not. Please. Please feel ashamed for treating someone you don’t know this way. I didn’t kill anyone. I had a party with some of my favorite people. Shame. On. YOU. Not me.”

Things got even more heated in Bachelor Nation when Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick kicked off their headline-making relationship in January 2019. The Dew Edit designer and the former banker met during an interview on Bristowe’s ‘Off the Vine’ podcast. They confirmed they were dating just two months after the former Bachelorette and her ex-fiance, Shawn Booth, called […]

Bristowe also shut down any speculation – without using names – that she had cheated on her ex-fiance Jason Tartick with Clark. (Bristowe and Tartick, another Bachelorette alum, called off their engagement last August.)

“Here I want to say that there was never an iota of cheating and I cannot accept this rumor. You’re all filthy here. Whoever. Swear on my dogs’ lives,” she responded to a post on a Bachelor Nation gossip account. “There was no cheating. So we can just leave that alone. Thank you!! Happy New Year everyone. Go donate some blood or something!”

While Clark remained silent about the social media whispers, Tartick, 35, seemed to subtly address the drama in an Instagram post of his own.

“January 2, 2024, the first official day of 2024,” he wrote on an Instagram Story on Tuesday, reposting a fan comment that said he “deserves a real FRESH start to the year.”
