Tilly Whitfeld is no stranger to pouring her refined physique into a bikini.

But the Big Brother star tested the limits of design on Monday when she modeled a very revealing set of swimmers and shared the image on Instagram.

Tilly risked a major wardrobe malfunction in the bright pink two-piece, which could barely contain her ample assets.

Her bikini bottoms also dared to reveal more than she expected as she posed for the mirror selfie.

The reality star captioned the image with a brand shoutout and several playful emojis.

Tilly's racy display comes after she shared confronting images of a painful rash, alongside a video detailing how the rash had spread all over her body.

'I got implants five weeks ago and have had a rash ever since. “I went to the dermatologist and the hospital and took two different steroids,” she began.

'It just goes away and then comes right back. I would be grateful for any advice.'

Tilly then called on her fans to help her come up with a solution to eliminate the outbreak.

“I feel like TikTok is better than any GP right now. I have an itch and it's spreading all over my body.'

According to the Australian Government's Therapeutic Goods Administration, rash after surgery can sometimes develop to the body adapting to the implants.

It is highly recommended that patients contact a qualified physician for treatment, rather than seeking medical advice via social media.

This isn't the first time Tilly has had problems with beauty treatments gone wrong.

In June 2021, she admitted to deliberately injecting her own skin with lead ink, resulting in a self-inflicted disfigurement.

Speaking to The New York Times about her new shame, the reality TV star said: 'The main response was that I'm stupid, and yes, I agree with that.'

Whitfield's profile blew up after she was hospitalized with horrific facial wounds from a freckle hack she copied on TikTok.

The blonde beauty admitted that she had already spent more than $12,000 repairing the damage to her skin and told NYT that she went ahead with the dangerous self-done cosmetic procedure because “it didn't hurt at all.”

In the aftermath, however, Tilly temporarily lost vision in one eye as a result of the self-administered acupuncture, performed with needles dipped in tattoo ink that contained high levels of lead.

Tilly also revealed how an acupuncture treatment at home went horribly wrong, leaving her with horrific facial injuries.
