Raunchy billboards advertising an adult star’s OnlyFans porn site have been posted all over London, sparking outrage among local residents.

A series of adverts featuring X-rated model Eliza Rose Watson, 34, of Hackney, North East London, posing in her underwear has appeared in at least three different parts of the capital.

The huge billboards were spotted in Harrow and Edgware, North West London, while another was spotted in Norwood, South East London.

An outraged local resident even graffitied the OnlyFans advert in North Harrow, with the message ‘Keep porn off our streets’.

The ads promote two of the glam girl’s sites, including an OnlyFans page, which contains explicit content, and her Instagram account, where she describes herself as a “recovered addict turned gym junkie” and posts suggestive images.

The 34-year-old rakes in around £180,000 a month through the online sex cam platform.

A Harrow resident, who asked not to be named, said: ‘I am not making a moral argument for or against pornography, but how it is permissible to advertise in such an unregulated way.

‘The use of sexualized images, while far from ideal, is not my main problem.

‘Harrow is a rural suburb of Greater London, not Soho or the red light district of Amsterdam.

“The gambling, alcohol and tobacco industries are regulated on how and to whom they are allowed to advertise, with a particular focus on the need to protect children, young people and those who are vulnerable from harm or exploitation.

“The billboard is not only visible to everyone at all times, but is located less than half a mile from two schools, one of which is for primary school children, and shares a road with the ad, on the same route that parents take their children to school.

“Regardless of the intended audience, the fact is that in this case pornographic services are being promoted to children.

“It is as impractical as it is immoral to place the responsibility for advertising standards in the hands of each parent.

“This is a matter of the kind of activities we promote and endorse within our society, not a moral argument for or against pornography.”

Other people shared photos and videos online of the same billboard elsewhere in the capital, including Burnt Oak, North West London, and another in Norwood.

One resident said: ‘Only fans being promoted on a billboard is ridiculous. That’s how our generation has become.’

Another added, “Never thought I’d see OnlyFans girls buying billboards now.”

OnlyFans is an online platform mainly for users to share their homemade pornography with paying subscribers.

But Ms Watson argued that the content on the billboard was no more graphic or harmful than other adult advertisements for alcohol, underwear and gambling.

She said a lot of work went into the production of the ad and discussions were held to make sure it complied with advertising guidelines.

The model added: “If a child would see that, it’s designed for adults.

“The photo is of a 34-year-old woman and has the OnlyFans logo on it. It doesn’t say how to access it. It doesn’t give a website address, it’s just there.

“And if a minor were to try to access that phone, as long as their phone has parental controls — and I assume there are — they can’t load onlyfans.com, it just won’t work.”

Martin Grays, 54, who lives in Edgware, said: ‘It’s just not something they should advertise in public where families walk by and children walk to and from school.

“It just doesn’t suit me. I don’t understand why they did it.’

The billboard is hung on the outside of a local convenience store.

A store employee, who wished to remain anonymous, said he was tired of constant complaints from customers.

He added: “I have customers complaining about it, so it’s annoying to have it there. People have had enough.’

Despite complaining about it, his pleas for it to be removed have gone unanswered.

He added: “I complained about it, but they are not going to do anything.

“The municipality never asked to hang it, which is not fair. I hope it won’t be around for long.’

Harrow West MP Gareth Thomas said he took the matter to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) after being made aware of the risqué advertisements.

He added: ‘I agree that posting this ad is not appropriate as young children walk by on a daily basis.

“I have written to the Advertising Standards Authority asking them to review whether their criteria are appropriate for such advertising.”

The ASA confirmed that two complaints have been made about inappropriate content.

A spokesperson explained that the complaints are being reviewed to see if the matter should be investigated, but that a full investigation has not yet been launched.
