Brandi Glanville has revealed her face is swollen due to stress caused by claims she inappropriately touched Caroline Manzo during the filming of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

The reality star, 51, who last year called allegations she touched Manzo’s private parts a “f*****g setup”, said her ability to talk and taste food had been affected by stress-induced angio -edema – a condition that causes swelling under the skin.

Glanville told it Entertainment tonight her lips and face first swelled in August and said: ‘I have had some health problems that have affected my ability to speak and my ability to taste food. My face actually swelled up, like I was going into constant anaphylactic shock, and I saw seven doctors, and their response was that it was stress-induced angioedema.

‘I cried on my birthday. It was on November 16th. I cried all night and I thought this was my new normal. I would just never look or feel the same again. I just wanted to be a giant pumpkin head, and even now I’m getting tired of talking.

So I didn’t do my podcast for a few months because I just had to stop and take breaks. It’s insane. I took my health for granted.”

In October, the star was hospitalized after her face “exploded like a basketball.”

She tweeted at the time: “I collapsed at home this morning and my son had to call 911 for help! You have no idea how much stress I’m under.”

She claimed that being so stressed by the “threat of a bad edit” of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip was “partially” why she collapsed and was rushed to the hospital.

The star is now working with a plastic surgeon to overcome her condition.

It was first reported last year that Brandi allegedly inappropriately touched The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Manzo during their trip to Marrakech, Morocco for the show.

However, filming was abruptly halted mid-season after Glanville reportedly kissed 62-year-old Manzo several times during a party, allegedly non-consensually.

A week after these allegations came to light, sources claimed that Glanville was allegedly drunk and touched Manzo in the area of ​​her breasts and genitals over her clothing while the two were in a bathroom.
