A cruise ship passenger has detailed her holiday from hell – after being kept awake all night by unruly partying and racking up a $500 Wi-Fi bill.
Content creator Aili Hillstrom uploaded a tearful video to TikTok, explaining that she’s currently on a cruise with MSC Cruises, but isn’t having the relaxing vacation she was hoping for thanks to the antics of her drunken neighbors.
“I’m so sleep deprived that I feel like I can’t even control my emotions,” she began the clip.
‘I spoke to reception this morning and they called our neighbors and told them they are not allowed to have friends in their cabin. They are not allowed to make such a noise, otherwise the immigration authorities would be called,” she said.

Aili said that after she complained to the front desk, the man assured her that they would not make any more noise.
“Right now it’s 11am, we wasted our morning in Jamaica,” the content creator says acidly.
“So I go back to the cabin to try to get some sleep – I’m fucking exhausted – and they have their friends in their cabin, and it’s so loud again,” she fumes.
“I’m not just going to wait until tonight to see if it happens again because I know they’re just going to get in trouble and it’s going to happen again. I just can’t go through this another night,” she continued.
“I’m going to swim home, damnit,” complained the irritated traveler. “It’s all just ridiculous.”
Aili said she was told she had to request a room change, but there was a sign at the front desk saying the ship was fully booked.
Aili’s friend, Leah McCulloch, who she is traveling with, also unleashed her anger in a TikTok video, saying the pair didn’t leave the cruise ship ‘all f**king day’ because their ‘f**king’ neighbors will not ‘keep silent’.
Leah said their unruly neighbors had kept them awake two nights in a row so far, waking them at 1am to their neighbors ‘yelling at each other’.
