Curtis Stone Reveals the Lavish Dishes He’ll Cook for Hollywood’s Biggest Stars While Catering the 2024 SAG Awards
Curtis Stone is getting ready to cook for Hollywood’s biggest celebrities as the official caterer for the 2024 SAG Award on Saturday.
The Michelin-starred Australian chef, 48, previewed the lavish menu he will be serving during an exclusive cooking demonstration in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Dishes include a salmon entree, plant-based options and a dessert cake station.
Curtis, who also catered the food at the 2022 SAG Awards, will also be catering this year for those attending the event’s official afterparty.
‘We are also doing the People Magazine afterparty for the first time. So that doubles the workload: 900 for the dinner and then 900 again for the after party,” Stone said. Spectrum News.

“There’s a lot to think about when you’re making a board, like, ‘How can you replicate it 900 times?’ he added.
Speak with Fox newsCurtis emphasized the challenge of cooking for 900 people at the same time.
“We have to prepare a plate of food that everyone can serve very quickly, it has to be absolutely delicious, it has to be an expression of the season, so there are a lot of different considerations,” he explained.

During Wednesday’s preview, Stone also gave a cooking demonstration of his salmon entree, consisting of mashed potatoes and asparagus.
“And we literally set up tables a mile long, and we put plates on them, and we walk down that line like an army of cooks, and we get it done quickly,” he added.
It comes after Stone made headlines for claiming McDonald’s ‘Double Big Mac’ should have a health warning.
The celebrity chef, who is best known for sharing $10 meal ideas for Coles, told TMZ that the burger is an “eat at your own risk” situation.
Stone said the burger – which contains about 740 calories – may have been built to help people deal with crazy cravings, but “does more harm than good.”
