Dame Helen Mirren paid tribute to Barbie in an iconic pink jumper, four months after the film’s record-breaking success, as she stopped by a co-working space in London on Wednesday.

The Academy Award-winning actress, 78, gave patrons a treat as she headed to The Nest in Wapping, a public co-working space.

Her long-sleeved sweater read “Barbie” diagonally in bright yellow letters and the sleeves also had yellow hems.

She kept her hair out of her face with a black knot headband and wore her huge diamond wedding ring.

Helen narrated Greta Gerwig’s fantasy comedy Barbie, which grossed more than $1.4 billion at the box office, becoming the highest-grossing film by a female director.

Barbie is now also called Warner Bros.’ highest-grossing film, ending the twelve-year run of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part Two.

Helen divides her time between London and Hollywood, and has a house in East London.

She had just left Cherryduck Studios when she decided to do some extra work.

Helen grabbed her large glass cup of coffee and prepared to take a sip, keeping her eyes focused on the contents of her laptop.

The script she was reading so intently may have been for 1923, an ongoing American Western drama series from Paramount+ and helmed by Helen and Harrison Ford.

The series aired in December 2022 and also features the fourth James Bond, Timothy Dalton and Jerome Flynn from Game Of Thrones.

Apart from this and Barbie, Helen starred in this year’s biopic Golda, playing the eponymous character Golda Weir, Prime Minister of Israel from 1969 to 1974.

She faced backlash for this role and was accused of “jewface” as she is not Jewish and used prosthetics to look more like Golda.

Helen Mirren is married to director Taylor Hackford, former president of the Directors Guild Of America.

The two met in 1985 when Taylor directed Helen in the musical drama White Nights, but the two did not get along, with Helen being unusually cold towards him.

Helen’s behavior may have something to do with the end of her five-year relationship with Liam Neeson.

Anyway, Helen and Taylor eventually hit it off and have been married since 1997, with Helen becoming stepmother to two of Taylor’s two children from his two previous marriages.
