Estranged couple David Beador And Lesley Beador (née Cook) have each filed restraining orders against each other amid their ongoing separation.

Lesley, 39, filed a temporary protection order against David, 58, on Friday, June 9, according to documents obtained by Page six. The California native claimed the former Real Housewives of Orange County personality was physically abusive towards her, their children and their pets. Lesley, who shares 2-year-old daughter Anna Love with David, also claims in her documents that he “destroyed” her property and “threatened” her.

David – who was previously married to Shannon Beadorwith whom he shares three older daughters – has not publicly addressed Lesley’s claims, but he filed his own protection order on behalf of himself and Anna on Friday.

The businessman requested in his motion that Page six obtained, which the court denies and instead grants Lesley’s TRO [his] request.” David claimed her petition was “pure retaliation” after he filed for divorce, asking for legal and physical custody of their toddler.

David and Lesley – who share two older children from a previous relationship – married in October 2020, nearly two years before separating. Us weekly confirmed in September 2022 that the father of four had filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the split.

Less than a week later, Lesley claimed via Instagram Story that David filed for their divorce to be filed. She eventually planned to file her own petition later that month.

“I’m filing for divorce,” Lesley wrote via her Instagram at the time. “Although this is not what I ever expected, it is the best. “I value myself and the happiness and well-being [sic] of my children. I am so thankful for a wonderful circle of friends and family who support me. I look forward to a bright and happy future with my beautiful children.”

Us confirmed the following October that David had filed for resignation without prejudice, calling off their divorce. According to Page sixhe repeated earlier this month later.

While David and Lesley remain at odds, he has seemingly made peace with Shannon, 59. The couple – who share daughters Sophie, Stella and Adaline – reunited on June 2 and even shared a smiling selfie via Instagram.

“I actually did an interview on The Quiet Woman [restaurant] of Tamra [Judge] And Taylor [Armstrong] And Jennifer [Pedranti] was there,” the Bravo star said during her Tuesday, June 6, appearance on SiriusXMs Jeff Lewis Live. “Directly after [Jennifer] left, I heard he came in so I went upstairs [to him] and I was like, ‘I’m not leaving your side until we get a picture for the kids,’ and he had a few cocktails and said, ‘Okay.’ So I took the picture.”

She added at the time: “So we took the picture and sent it to the kids, and it’s sad to say. They were so excited. Sophie FaceTimed that we said, “Oh my god, is this real?” Than [David] said, ‘You know what? Fit. Post it. I need Instagram followers.” So I raced for the chance and then this is what happens to me. There is a piece of green between my teeth and I have not even eaten anything green.”
