New Delhi: Services on the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro are being regulated due to a signal problem on a part of the corridor, officials said on Thursday. Earlier in the day, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said in a message on X that services had been delayed on the Lok Kalyan Marg-Udyog Bhawan section of the Yellow Line.

The Yellow Line connects Samyapur Badli in Delhi and Millennium City Center Gurugram in Haryana.
Services on the Yellow Line have been “regulated today due to rail circuit loss issue between Lok Kalyan Marg and Udyog Bhawan stations,” a senior official said.

“Because of this problem, the trains on this small route run at limited speed, causing congestion. Normal train services are available on the remaining parts of the Yellow Line,” he said.

The official said the necessary repair of the track circuit will be carried out “during the night hours after the closure of revenue offices” to avoid inconvenience to the public during the day.
