Well, dietician Richa Doshi shares the recipe of Gond Raab, an energizing drink on her Instagram for breastfeeding moms.

“Postpartum is just as challenging and demanding. Gond Raab/porridge is a dish that I eat every day as a nursing mother. It’s warm, delicious and pure comfort in a bowl and packs that nutritional punch all new moms need. It has gond (edible gum) which helps lubricate the joints and reduces back pain. It helps new moms feel energized and recover faster,” Doshi says as she demonstrated a video on how to make it.

Ingredients

2 tsp – Ghee
1 tbsp – Gond (edible gum)
2 tsp – Grated cane sugar
4-5 no – sliced almonds
1/2 tsp Peepramul powder
