That also means that, as TV cameras are apparently not present in the venue in Ireland, Whyte vs Hammer CANNOT be streamed online – if this changes, new information will be posted here.

Fans were devastated to learn that The Body Snatcher had to pull out of his fight against Anthony Joshua in August 2023 due to a failed drug test.

Whyte has not fought since his majority decision over Jermaine Franklin in November 2022.

However, on March 3, the British star was cleared to resume his boxing career after investigations revealed that his positive doping test was caused by a contaminated supplement.

What has been said?

Dillian Whyte admitted it was difficult to keep quiet when news broke that he had tested positive for doping, but he knew he had to remain professional.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Whyte said: “It was very difficult because I knew I was innocent but then you can’t talk, you can’t say anything.

“You have to be professional, trust the process, trust the lawyers and trust the people around you. It’s been tough, but tough times make tough men.

“First of all, I am mainly relieved, but of course I am also angry because it has cost me so much.

“The most important thing is that it cost me the opportunity to beat AJ. Everything else after that is secondary, but you know it’s a mix of emotions.

“I’m angry and also disappointed because in this game people don’t give you a chance to prove yourself. Everyone is quick to say, ‘Yes, yes, yes,’ instead of giving people a chance.”
