“I’m afraid it’s a reflection of the current relationship,” a source tells me.
The pair flew over from California last year for Trooping the Color, which was part of Queen Elizabeth’s platinum anniversary weekend.
They had been invited by the late Queen to attend the ceremony along with other members of the Royal Family from offices overlooking Horse Guards Parade.
