Embarrassing twist in YouTube star’s feud with Meghan Markle

YouTube star Shallon Lester recently hinted that she is taking legal action against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after they allegedly “taxed” her in their Netflix docuseries.

And in an awkward turn of events, Lester has now revealed that she recently discovered her boyfriend’s favorite show is Markle’s legal drama Suits — and that the Duchess is his favorite actress.

“He wouldn’t have gotten past the first date if I’d known this,” the 36-year-old admitted in a YouTube video this week.

“He’s a big Suits fan. He said, “She’s my favorite actress! I love that show, it’s literally like, outside of Game of Thrones, the best show I’ve ever seen,” Lester quoted him.

Laughing, Shallon replied, “I don’t think anyone, including the writers on that show, described it that way. But okay.’

When her lover pressured the social media star to explain why she dislikes Markle, Shallon said she can’t stand the royal family’s victim mentality.

Ironically, Meghan Markle is the archetype of everything I find wrong, frightening and annoying about the world. She’s a professional victim,” she explained.

“She’s entrenched herself so hard in an undeserved, largely self-created victim narrative that it’s become her entire identity.”

Shallon went on to say that Markle’s victimization was symbolic of a larger problem in modern society.

What happened to champions? What happened to heroes? What happened to “it” girls? What happened to aspiration?’ she said.

“What happened to deal with it and move on?” she added.

Suits ran on the USA Network for nine seasons from 2011 to 2019.

Markle played one of the main characters, Rachel Zane, for the first seven seasons of the show, before leaving her acting career behind to marry Prince Harry.

It comes after Lester accused Harry and Meghan of “burdening” and “burdening” her in their bombshell Netflix documentary — while vowing to “pursue every opportunity to hit the nail on the head.” [them] to the wall’.

She came out with guns blazing against the Sussexes in a video posted to her YouTube account on Tuesday in which she ranted at Harry, 38, and Meghan, 41, for allegedly “mischaracterizing” her in the six-part Netflix series .

In December, Lester labeled Harry & Megan “a festival of bulls**t” after a clip from her YouTube account was featured in their documentary suggesting she was part of a coordinated trolling campaign against the couple.

The outspoken influencer has now hinted she may take legal action against them – in her video she notes that her “lawyer will be mad” at her for saying so – and promises to “nail their a** to the wall about the allegations.

“Believe me when I say I’ll take every opportunity to nail their a** to the wall for this,” she ranted in the video. “It’s libel, it’s slander, it’s mischaracterization. And do you know what else it is? Disinformation.’

The clip of Lester – in which she discussed Harry and Meghan’s relationship – was shown as one of three YouTube videos that flared up during the Netflix series, which came out last December.

Lester’s video was shown as internet experts discussed what they considered a “coordinated” online hate campaign against the Sussexes, which they said aimed at spreading “hate propaganda” about the couple.

“My biggest problem with Meghan and Harry is their problem with me,” Lester explained in her latest YouTube video. Guess who showed up in their Netflix documentary? One episode is all about a shadowy cabal… making all these malicious tweets and orchestrating a massive online campaign against Meghan and Harry.

‘And it’s me. This is where my photo came out. My photo, my video flashed on the screen along with two other people. All the women… It’s not cool to me.”

Lester went on to ridicule the royals for losing their $20 million Spotify deal, accusing Markle of having “a terrible work ethic.”

“The Duchess of reality TV show, the briefcase girl, whatever she thinks she’s supposed to be, has dropped her $20 million, 12-episode podcast deal with Spotify,” Lester said.

And it seems that now that Spotify has cut ties with her, everyone is coming out of the woodwork to denounce this couple’s terrible work ethic. [their] legitimate, bizarre, self-aggrandizing attitude and general improbability.

“You have a Spotify exec they call f***ing grifters. That’s a direct quote,” she said, referring to Bill Simmons’ recent comments about Markle.

And even the UTA, the United Talent Agency, a huge talent agency in Hollywood, the head of that saying, “I don’t think they’re that talented.”

“The word talent is literally in the title of the company he runs and he says, ‘No, they don’t have it,'” Lester laughed.

The social media star also mocked Meghan and Harry over a recent report that alleged Netflix hit back at several of their show pitches.

The WSJ said the pair had suggested shows that were too similar to already popular Netflix shows, such as sitcoms like Emily in Paris but “about a man,” and a show about LGBTQ characters similar to the one in Heartstopper.

“Have you heard of some of the horse ideas they’ve pitched?” Lester said.

“Emily in Paris, just a guy. Emily in Paris? Emmett in Paris? Nobody needs that show,” she remarked.
