He wore the ensemble with baggy beige trousers and sported the cozy look with a pair of black chamois leather shoes.
Gene rocked a gold necklace and eye-catching ring, as he posed in the star-studded event with his also famous mother Nicole.
The duo put on a very smitten display as Nicole posed as she hugged her son warmly, holding his head in her hands as they smiled at the camera.

She adorned herself with a dainty ring and a gold watch, while showing off her toned face with a subtle make-up look – with her gorgeous freckles.
The singer kept her blonde locks straight down, parted in the middle.

The pair were among the many celebrities to attend the star-studded Preview Night of the eager return to theater for Queen and Ben Elton’s We Will Rock You The Musical.
On Monday, Queen’s guitarist and music legend Brian May made a surprise appearance on stage during the musical.

Rod was certainly in a good mood as he made his way down the red carpet and even showed off his dancing skills with Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli.
