A SAVVY shopper has spilled the details of a designer find while browsing through second-hand goods.
She said her authentic piece at the thrift store cost only $3 but showed some wear.
Ashlee (@msfili) filmed himself while shopping in a video on TikTok.
She filmed herself looking at bags in the store, focusing on one wallet in particular.
“Today we found this vintage Gucci wallet at the thrift store,” she said.
She added that not only was the piece sold for a bargain, but it was also not a copy of the real thing.
“It was only $3. It's very authentic,” she added.
She specified that although the Gucci wallet was cheap, it had its quirks.
“It's a little worn, but for $3 we didn't mind,” she said.
She said her find was much less than any clearance rack in a regular store.
“Gucci for $3?” she added in the caption. “Only at the thrift store.”
The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.
“Never in Chicago,” one person wrote. “Today they had an $850 Mackage jacket.”
“Oh my God, I love it,” another added. “I want to buy it.
However, not everyone was moved by Ashlee's thrift store purchase.
“Fake, but cool,” one person wrote, to which Ashlee replied, “Wrong, but okay.”
“Knockoff,” said another.
